Not good at all !!! Had BELT and French Vanilla. Both the things didnt seem fresh. Also their service was slow. Like Tim Hortons but not this one.
The worst service ever. First of all, they have no stuff. Then, I waited 20 mints in line. Then, i got a cold steeve tea. It wasnt even proper.You should hire some more employees
An extremely unpleasant incident occured when the manager told off the sever from giving me water. Quoting that Tim Hortons doesnt let its employees give water to customers unless they pay for the bottled one. I simply wanted regular tap water and no other Tim Horton's has refused this request. Time of service 25th June 2022, 5.18 pm.
Never a good experience at a Tim Hortons within Pearson Airport. The service is always so slow, and they don’t participate in the rewards system. Therefore you cannot collect Tim’s rewards or use any of the special offer’s in the Tim’s app. The staff also communicate this to customers in a very rude way whenever asked. Very disappointing.
Good coffee place.. Found this one by gate F66 in Terminal 1. Was a little bit of a wait but moved quickly. They were out of iced coffee though.
Vegetarians be aware - they don’t sell beyond meat at this location. this never makes sense to me - why advertise a food item you don’t carry consistently across your locations that is really the only protein option for an alternative sandwich for vegetarians.I ended up getting a regular BELT without bacon and asked for a hash brown & chipotle sauce on it. The cashier got this down but it didn’t get communicated as neither of these instructions were followed - had to go back.I find Tim Hortons to very consistently not follow specifications - I very often have to go back to get them to correct something.

Slow terrible service.One lady always works hard and always get order right, thanks KateWhen Kate isn't there the place is slow and the service is awful and they get your orders wrong even when you repeat your order 3 times.This is the Tim Hortons on the public side at Terminal 1 by domestic arrivals.
Tried French Vanilla. It was my first experience for having Tim Horton's Coffee. Must Try Coffee. The staff is polite & welcoming.
Careless and rude service. Asked to scan Tim Hortons points card “we don’t scan points” was the response no explanation and they walked away not sure what the hurry was as there was no line and I was the only customer at that moment.
