I have a regular coffee everyday but The taste of regular coffee is not same in all places...
Hot chocolate was watery, water with chocolate syrup. Asked staff for sugar and she just passed me sugar packets. I said I want some liquid sugar she said you have to order it.It had no flavour, no sweetness, NO MILK in it.I take hot choco from Tim’s eglinton regularly, loved it and became a member.Hot chocolate and Boston cream is my regular.But the drink I had today at queens quay was SADDDD!!!My friends ordered flavoured coffees and they had a hard time drinking it too… NO MILK again.I went to eglinton the same night and had the drink again and it was just perfect. I discussed the matter too. 2% milk is what they use.I guess Tim’s should taste the same everywhere
Ordered two large chilis and one chicken noodle soup. Paid the extra for both chilis to be a large. Received half of one large chili and two chicken noodle soups. Not only was that wrong but somebody decided to use their hands to rip apart the buns even though I had paid for two full buns and one half already... I have three disgusting halves of ripped apart buns and a completely wrong order.
Ordered a crispy chicken wrap from this location and the chicken tasted stale and old. I couldn’t even continue eating it, had to throw most of it out. I had a stomach ache from it. Definitely won’t be buying anything from this location again.
Worst Tims in Toronto. Bad customer service, not friendly, not helpful, too slow and your coffee/drink will depend on their mood, every time I go, I get the wrong order or cold coffee.Thank you, for nothing!
I went to this place2-3 tumrs , very fast service, nice staff and good food.
I live in the area and 80% of the time I order steep tea they give me coffee. It's the worst Timmies in the GTA. Long wait for service so always do mobile order although double check because your order may by wrong lol
I typically do mobile pick-up orders and I was surprised to see that I had to pick my order from a "Tim-Hortants Locker".When I arrived I asked about the locker? The manager took the time to show me how to use it, she's always friendly very nice lady. Thank youI actually really like this new idea.5 stars
Friendly & helpful staff, pretty decent coffee & way cheaper than some other coffee shops.Doughnuts looked great but I didn't have 1... this time!
What a disgusting location, one of the employees, the one that wears a hijab, is handling food touching donuts sandwiches not wearing gloves. First I made a video of it then I brought it to her attention but she started arguing that she doesn't feel she needs to wear gloves called head office I doubt that something will be done. Will definitely post that video for everyone to see.
