One of the best Tim Hortons that make your steep tea with love ! I understand that when you're on the drive thru, the store gets timed for how fast they are able to push orders but they need to consider the line being backed up to the other vehicles in the plaza ! It creates unnecessary traffic.
It's unfortunate when a manager thinks she's at home and yells and shames all her employees infront of the customers. "Don't look at me do your job! Don't talk back do your job!" This should not done in public it's embarrassing to see this and the employees looked very uncomfortable she is not management material and these are not her children this lady should be demoted if I knew this is what they are hiring for management maybe I should apply at least I know what respect is.
This restaurant’s staff clearly don’t understand the concept of “fast food” considering I have never gotten my order without a minimum 20 minutes wait, even if it was just a bagel. Furthermore, after waiting for at least 20 minutes, they have managed to mess up my order every single time, its as if being incompetent is a requirement for working at this Tim Hortons.
This location is terrible for dine in. Standing in front of the counter for 10 minutes no one is taking my order. Poorly managed. If I can give them negative star I will definitely give them -3 stars.
Want to experience the worst customer service? Visit this…I visit here DAILY as it is next to my office.EVERY DAY the coffee is spilled as it is shown in this pic. I understand that it’s busy On drive thru in the morning - but that doesn’t mean you say Bye as soon as I hand over the coffee.And if you take an extra 1 second to put coffee properly in your car - you get to hear another BYEEEE. Extremely sad!
What's the point of online ordering if the next three customers after I walk in get served before I get my one bottle drink which can be pulled out of the fridge. Kanga checked the screen multiple times but didn't see me waiting by the pick up or the order on the screen. I understand your busy but if online ordering cannot but handled then that needs to be stopped during busy times.
Normal experience loves the coffee there but I've gotta say the lineup is way too long. I mean it's like that almost every day. How about investing some money to build a second lane or something. This causes additional stress as cars try to enter the lane from two directions. So basically there is two line up, which causes people to not obey the one at a time unspoken rule. I'm guilty of this as well. At least have a sign that says line up from one direction.
We ordered an XL honey lemon tea black & the dude working there Rahul couldn't even double cup the hot tea but decides to refund the money back when we asked to speak with the manager! Bad customer service. Especially when we got 4 large hot drinks and only requested the XL hot tea to be double cupped, since my wife pregnant! Pathetic on his part.
Very very bad service, staff girl didnt even know the names of donuts, she charged extra by saying that the deal is for assorted donuts but you are buying only chocolate donuts, and gave us the worst , stale donuts. Will never ever go back to this location.
Was here on March 3rd by around 12. Nothing to complain about the restaurant but about the manager/supervisor worked in that shift . She was so arrogant to the workers . They are not your slaves. If you have some trouble get them to the back office and then explain them the things. Don’t need to a shout in front of the customers. It’s BAD
