It was our first time trying this cafe. Very cute inside with great ambiance. My friend had an iced americano and I had an iced latte. The americano was delicious and strong as it should be, but mine was very weak. I didn’t know it would actually be blended, which is a great option, but had I known I would have asked for an extra shot of espresso. I think just taking a minute to explain the drink menu and make staff favourite recommendations for new customers would be great and improve the experience.
Biggest fan ever. Delicious as hell coffee, brilliant vegan options (the gelato was the best, vegan or not, that I’ve literally ever had), and really good service. Love the concept too! Oh also, good vibes.
Cute little cafe with lots of nuts (the name it's in the name captain obvious ?)Tried their cappuccino and it hit the spot! Delicious and creamier than a regular cappuccino tends to be. It's really good and a different taste than normal.I will try the gelato at some point because the hot drinks were good.Lovely staff and the space is really cute. Outdoor patio seating is available as well.
What an amazing place!Everything these guys do is absolute fire, can't believe I didn't about it! Amazing vegan nut butters, gelatos, desserts, roasted nuts, candles, you name it!Sarah was so welcoming as soon as we walked through the door, so enthusiastic and happy to show and explain everything. Good vegan gelato! The chocolate hazelnut was my favourite option. The matcha tastes a bit bitter, pistachio is very rich and the star berry is super punchy and sweet. Service is fast and friendly. A bit pricey for a small scoop (approx 7 dollars with tip).
Warning to the Europeans: the North American palate may enjoy this place, but you’re gonna hate it. This macha chia pudding tastes like it looks (life lesson: never order a dessert with the word “macha” in it. Or “spinach”) The 3 stars are for the decor and the staff, but don’t come near the food. Maybe get an ice cream or something (although it’s more like sorbet with weird flavours).
I love this place. The staff was nice and friendly, they mad eme try four different butters.In the end, I got the chocolate hazelnut butter and mocha.I enjoyed mocha and then came home and ate half of chocolate hazelnut spread.They are lovely, I came there because my friend suggested me to go there for spread.
if you like nuts, this is cool. warning: you only get nuts though, even when you order something else, it’s just nuts. this place had me feeling existential about nuts. my strawberry smoothie just tasted like nuts. no strawberry - just nuts. I’m admittedly not that into nuts.
Was in the area and wanted gelato. I was only expecting a few flavours but was surprised to see about 10. I got the strawberry gelato and it was good! Bold strawberry flavour and perfect treat in this heat. The gelatos are also vegan and gluten-free! I'd visit again and try their snacks and drinks next time.
Good nuts at an affordable price. Go for the maple cinnamon almonds if you want something sweet, and the tamari almonds if you want something savoury. The vegan ice cream is also worth a try!
