Our server Maha was perfect. Very delicate, perfect timing, the keg dinners never fail. The Keg is one of the best ran Businesses to this date. Treat their staff well, super easy to deal with and always consistent. The value is insane. And THATS always consistent as well which makes the Keg an always favourite. King West location is very comfy on patio if you get a cushion booth.

Anniversary
Pretty good food. Typical atmosphere for the keg. Consistent product. Great service. Good value for money.
The escargot was excellent. That's really the only highlight worth mentioning. Service was poor. We didn't have anyone greet us or bring water for 15 minutes after we sat, and it took another 15 minutes to get bread. Our entrees were apparently never submitted in the system, so it was about 90 minutes from when we sat down that we were actually served entrees. We ordered our two steaks rare and medium, and when they finally came out, they were medium rare plus and well done. The manager comped us two drinks and a dessert for the wait; we had been there too long to send the steaks back. The pieces are there for this to be a great restaurant, but we had a pretty poor experience.

Keg consistently delivers great food. I've never been disappointed there. I loved the service! We went there for our anniversary with my husband. All was good; the only thing why I gave it a 4 was that I'd asked for Billy Miner pie (the ice cream one) for her but also a box to go just in case, but someone else just brought it to me in the box. We also waited a while for dessert and for the bill, so when I came back home, it melted and soiled the bag.
