Only 4 ⭐️Good quantity food for the price, super friendly staff, but they need to check on the overall cleanliness of the restaurant ( dine in)my table was sticky and there were stains.I ordered malai curry which tasted different but it was not that bad.Also noticed a lot of veggies ? ? in the dish, which is ok for me cz i lov them.
Do not under any circumstances order from them for take out. I place an order with them and was given an estimated delivery of 15-35 minutes. After approaching the end of the delivery window I called them and asked if delivery had picked up. They said yes and he was on his way. After an hour of waiting for my food, I called support at which point they lied to uber support and said my food had been delivered.I was really excited to try them for the first time but how the food tastes itself I'll never know. Thanks for wasting my time when I could have ordered from somewhere else.
Why 1 star?First of all, We used to like this place. The food is really good. However we ordered with them today at home. The food was below avg and it costed us $8 to add shrimps in our Golden Curry (standard price $14). So we should be receiving good amount of shrimps in the order however we only got a few shrimps and the curry was not there at all. So I called to speak with them and give my feedback. All they did was nothing can be done right now and we'll give you a credit for the future. I wanted my order fixed there and then but they didn't do anything.Never going to order from them again. Poor attitude and Customer dealing.
Recommended by family. All dishes were well display.Service was friendly and always check in during the meal.. Came in for lunch and food came quickly. It was basic but still delicious. Their spring roll was fresh but also oily...could've used some oil absorbing. Prices are decent and not considered overpriced for the area. Love the curry that the server recommended
The food is excellent! But why 2 stars?? They are notoriously late with their delivery orders. Waiting 1+ hours is not acceptable.They have the own in-house drivers, so if you order through Uber, good luck. You cannot track the order, and it ALWAYS shows up late.It's too bad. I would definitely order more often, because their food is delicious. The delivery service is Terrible.If you dine in, then it's a 4+ star restaurant.

After a long day all I wanted was to eat some comfort food and order from Friendly Thai. The food was delicious. Full of flavour and so fresh! The spring rolls are amazing. The cashew chicken was PERFECT.
Awesome service and food! Everything was extremely fresh, huge portions, and super quick in-house delivery. Our order arrived missing rice and a driver was sent out with it immediately, the food was still hot by the time it got to us. I read many reviews before ordering and it was pretty clear that all the 1 star reviews were from some chronically displeased people- I can’t wait to order from here again!
Our office frequently orders in The Friendly Thai for lunch.We placed $180 order today for noon and upon arrival was told it would be a few minutes. Then told it would be another 10 minutes then finally told someone else had placed a larger order after ours and they were in more of a hurry so they got priority.35 minutes of waiting around when they could have called me beforehand.There are other Thai restaurants to try in the future.
swift service, huge heaps in serving, decent price. I liked their coconut rice - sticky, sweet and coconutty. their pad thais have huge serving and tasted really good too...
