Ordered online and waited 35 mins for two burgers and a fries only to wait another 10 minutes on top when I got there. Seems like they prioritize uber orders. Fries were pretty disappointing tasted hard and stale and small pieces. Not sure what the premium is over a Big Mac and Fries for 1/2 the cost. Service, lame teenager with some attitude issue I don't want to be here on a Sunny Sunday. When a customer comes into the store and looks at you its not a staring contest, just greet and ask, don't wait for customer to say Hi first.
Unorganized, slow and very messy when it comes to ordering the food.No real system in place to give you confidence in what they are giving you.The burgers are delicious ? but they ooze fat ....The fries are a disaster ? as they are all cuts small as if these are the leftovers and they are loaded with oil.Overall. I won't go back.

The burger was very good. Just the perfect size. The fries are among the best I’ve had anywhere and very plentiful.Price was very competitive and the servers were extremely friendly.Very impressed !
Burgers there are absolutely the best in town! Also almost no wait for service. Excellent! Solid 5 star!
We are huge fans of this place. Only thing is we wish they brought back deep fried jalapenos to their toppings!! Would be sweet to have that again!
Staff are super friendly. Expected huge things after hearing so much about this place for so long…. And yet the burger was slightly thicker than a McDonald’s cheeseburger and tasted like a Burger King burger. Perhaps slightly better. Wanted to love this place but in the end I may seek a different burger religion.
My last order from here ( ordered through Uber Eats) was exceptionally horrible. The shake I ordered was watery and barely had flavour. The burgers were underwhelming.But the real winner was the fries…Burnt to a crisp, every single fry in that bag was rock hard. Threw the whole bag away and ended up chucking half of one burger.Uber eats refunded me the $5 or wte it was for the fries, but since the order was almost $50.00 it was beyond disappointing. I unfortunately will not be ordering from Burger Priest anymore.
Always a long wait whenever you get from here. My poutine had only grazy on the top, not happy with this restaurant. Ps. Love how in one of the photo's it makes the restaurant look bigger.
Good food, helpful service! Fries a bit dry but burger was very tasty.
