Large burger and flavorful highly recommended ?
We went hoping to get some good poutine and I understand it's not their specialty but this was a total miss. The gravy was thick and tasted sweet?? The fries were over fried and tested bad too, like if they were prepared in old oil.I see a lot of good review and it might have just been this one time. But I will not go back there for poutine.The service was great though!
One of the best huge burgers you can find in Toronto.. very good meat and it was delicious, we also ordered putin and onion ring and they were good too specially putin was great , the waitress who was serving our food was really nice and friendly, I just gave 4 stars because there a group of young guys were there which they were really noisy and loud and sort of bothered everyone in the restaurant but non of the staff or manager of the restaurant didn't say anything to them which it was strange... highly recommend ? food was great ... next time I wanna get thier stake sandwich lol it looks really good too
It took them over 40 minutes to serve us two burgers and a side of onion rings. Multiple people came in after us and they were all served at the same time as we were. The worst service I have ever received. Food was nothing special either. Would not recommend

Very underwhelming underseasoned burger. With a bit of salt however this could've been a 5/5 burger. However the poutine was great, and the portion is large enough to share with a friend.
Visited this place for a birthday plan after hearing so much positive reviews. We ordered three famous burgers. The beef patty in one of the burgers were stinking so bad and tasted horrible while the other two burgers had fresh beef patty. We complained and asked them to check why only one burger is stinking. The fries were burnt and old too. The chef got mad on our complain and started giving looks. Instead of checking it or being apologetic they were arguing that this is how we make these burgers and we cannot do anything about it. They kept the burger in the kitchen and did nothing to rectify their mistake. Such a turn off and horrible customer service. Never coming here again. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Highly arrogant behvior with stinky beef patties.

Clearly there has been a change of management and ownership. It was once amaaazing. It is now just plain awful. Terrible. I threw out half of it. Menu now is for peasants. So bad.
