I was impressed at the quality of ice cream and the vibe of the location. It was a bunch of young workers, but they were great with their service so shout out to the group of workers from Friday night dealing with a late night rush. Waffle was hot fresh and fluffy and I thoroughly enjoyed the pretzel and peanut butter scoop on a waffle cone. Also the little Oreo cookie on every cone is a great touch.

That’s my favorite dessert place.I’ve been visiting this ice cream parlour since winter and it has been always surprising me with various flavours.I’ve had the chocolate chip mint, Nutella , the big kid, lemon and banana flavour here and it has been refreshing. The quality quantity of the waffle is equal to dinner lunch or any meal.Thé pricing is reasonable for small to medium scoop, double scoop. You can always ask for shakes, ice cream sandwiches and coolers hereTheir timings are updated and I have uploaded the updated timings hereTheir interiors are cute and reminds me of back 1990s amazing lightings.

The Big Chill has friendly & fast service, amazing variety, fresh waffle cones, and delicious ice cream!I highly recommend Ferro Rocher, Salted Caramel, Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Funky Chunky Chocolate! You can even get a little Vanilla ice cream for your fur baby! ?Two stars were dedicated because I specifically asked the girl to make me a fresh waffle cone (literally the reason I went was because I heard they were made-to-order) and she flat out said no.

Loved the interesting interior! The one scoop was huge, so I was so full after finishing it :) Nice and rich ice cream. They're pretty fast at serving you so don't let the (potential) line-up scare you!

Cute and vibrant ice cream place with some amazing flavours. I tried the Ferrero Rocher and the Super Kid flavours. Surprisingly the super kid flavour over powered the Rocher. Super Kid is nothing but a fruity cotton candy. I liked it.I love their patio and beautifully painted walls!

Came here on Good Friday with the family of 9 after lunch at restaurant down the street and it was definitely worth it! The kids loved all the different flavours and ate every drop of ice cream, they even have frozen yogurt and vegan option. The lattes are freshly made and are delicious (taste better compared to Starbucks to be honest)…the atmosphere reminds me of a old diner type and is decorated with cow figurines everywhere… the young lady working (Katrina) was friendly and you can tell that she had a big smile under her mask as she was helping us pick our flavours and was very patient with us as we asked questions. She is what every restaurant/employer should look for in an employee. Definitely will be coming back and adding this spot as our tradition continues for coming here after the restaurant for Good Friday on Little Italy.

Cute retro style ice cream parlour with tons of choices including waffles. Staff are friendly and fast. Cash or debit only.

Tbh kind of confused! Had previously gotten pints from here and they were delicious and full of flavor! I came in the other day and got Cookie Monster and birthday cake. The Cookie Monster only had 2 pieces of Oreo and 1 piece of cookie dough in my scoop. The birthday cake tasted more like bubblegum to me. Maybe I got the wrong flavours. The place itself is super cute and the staff couldn’t be friendlier

Amazing place, desserts and the price is really good.

I was very impressed with this place for how low key it seems. I loved the quirkiness of the ambience and made me feel so young! Ice cream flavours are awesome and not too sweet. The Ferrero Rocher and Salted Caramel Ice Cream were so good. Highly recommend getting the waffle and ice cream.
