Truly a one of a kind bowling establishment. I say that as a pro and a con in this regard. A pro because the place is really unique, modern and has a lot of character especially for a bowling hall, the ambiance is truly amazing. A con in the sense that I don't understand why they have a booking policy in where you MUST spend an additional $15 per person of food + drink/hour on top of your bowling cost.
I went here with a friend after doing some work in the Toronto area. I really enjoyed it, i had not heard of this place before, but it was neat. Bowling, pool tables, sports bar... good atmosphere. The food was really good, prices weren't too bad, it wasn't too busy while we were there mind you it was very late. The waitress Kate was fantastic, very friendly, never forgot about it us, always made sure we had drinks, you can have a great conversation with her also.
Went bowling + food twice with friends. Bowling was fun but I would recommend skipping the food here. Although, there's a selection of pub fares available, I was not impressed by the quality of their food. Their prices for their food is hard to justify based on taste alone. Bar staff were friendly and you can also order drinks while you bowl.
a great place to play bowling games along with some good food and drinks. But unfortunately bowling needs another reservation and doesn't combine with table reservation which is made for food and drinks. We had come to play bowling last weekend by making an advance reservation but after reaching there we came to know reservation was only for food and drink and not bowling. We ended up not playing anything but ordering some food and drinks. Recommend Nachos and Mushroom Pizza for vegetarians.
A decent place to party on the weekend. Highly recommend booking bowling a couple of days before you plan to go here. Food is average. Drinks are a tad bit over priced but compensates for the over ambience of this place.
The overall experience here was incredibly suboptimal.First, we had a reservation for 745pm, we did not get set up till 815pm. We had reserved 2 lanes and it was a little upsetting to have to wait 30 minutes when it was empty, no one else was bowling when we arrived. then, one of our lanes were not working and we were met with a less than positive attitude when we asked about it. we had originally booked 1 hr to bowl and 1 hr to eat at a table and the waitress was not aware and so had to double check everything when we were ordering food. she also made it seem like it was such a hassle to split the bill for all of us. we were then told that we had to stay in the bowling area to eat as there was no table available for us. eventually they got us a table which was fine but when she was clearing the table of some of our plates, she was in such a hurry she spilled ketchup on my white shirt. In summary, the staff were not that nice and it was poorly organized. Honestly, i would not come here ever again, and if asked, i would not recommend it to others.
I was there yesterday to celebrate my birthday and honestly would never come back here ever again. We had bowling lanes booked for 11 people for an hour for 7:45 and it took the staff almost half an hour to clean the lane areas and have us all set up to begin with. This was also when there was no one else bowling and the lanes were all empty when we got there so I don’t know why it took them such a long time to set us up. Then one of the lanes was not working for us and that took an extra 10 minutes to reset, after the girl up front gave a snarky remark. When being served food while we were bowling, we had asked in advance if we would be able to split the bill and she had an extremely bad attitude about it and was in no way helpful about it she just said “she’ll see”. There was nothing specific mentioned on their website about not being able to split bills for a group less than 12 people. Also when it came to ordering food, she was in such a rush and very bothered when someone wanted to add an additional food item. I had also booked an hour in the dining area where we could sit after bowling and eat, and the same server was utterly confused and had to double check all this, even though I had made this booking in advance and confirmed it for 1 hour bowling time and 1 hour in the dining area, and she came back to us and said they didn’t have a table for us so we would have to sit in the bowling lane area to eat our food which I thought was inappropriate. Finally she was able to set us up a table by the pool tables, on the opposite site of the dining area/bar and after we were done eating she was in such a rush get our plates she ended up spilling food on one of my friends shirt. Overall this entire experience was extremely disappointing, the service was beyond poor, the server’s attitude was nothing but rude and unwelcoming. For the price of everything by the end, and for the mandatory gratuity included in your bills, this place is not worth it at all.
Chicken pasta was tasty, so we're the vegan nachos. Drinks were cold and reasonably priced. The servers on the upper floor had some attitude. Won't be going back. Better bars in t.o to waste your money at.
Amazing spot if you want to go with friends or a date, it's definitely a level up from your classic bowling spot. Would definitely recommend very well designed just remember to reserve before hand to save the trouble
Visited here as part of a works doo and we organised a 10 pin bowling session. The ballroom looks great inside, the food was very good and the service from the staff was excellent. There are a number of bowling lanes, pool tables and other amenities. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely come back.
