Well made bagels, clean establishment, and friendly staff.
We discovered when we got home they had sold us a dozen burnt sesame bagels and at full price, not even in a bag of day olds. Burnt bagels taste and smell bad which overpowers everything you might put on them. They should throw them out when they ruin them rather than sneaking them into bags hoping their customers won't notice. Check your bags before you leave their store as you cannot trust them.
