Prices have gone up significantly over the past couple years and the value just is no longer there for the portion you receive. It's a shame because the taste is great.
If you’re coming here to get an Egg BLT bagel sandwhich be aware they don’t give strips of bacon like normal places would… instead they gave me scrambled-like eggs with bacon bits in it. I found this so odd and I told them I want real strips of bacon which they swapped out no problem but that to me is not my style of BLT. Not for me!! So be aware. Also their bagels are SO TINY!! I thought the regular bagels are the mini size bagels they make.. I won’t be Coming back here. I’ll stick to my regular bagel spot.
Never ever ever ever ever go there during lunch rush. The staff are unable to manage the rush. I waited half an hour after asking for a tub of cream cheese - so many customers who arrived after me with complicated orders were served first. The bagels are good but its not worth the terrible experience.

The good reviews of this place have to be shills.. I had the most disgusting experience through Uber with this restaurant. The lox was not fresh it went right into the garbage wow so disgusting!.... The pastrami sandwich was a disgrace The meat was so disgusting I wouldn't feed it to my dog or anyone else's. I don't know how they pay their rent with food like this.
The BLT was phenomenal and had plenty of bacon. Felt properly priced and came out quick and warm as well. Good stuff
