Great service, even though it’s busy pretty much 24/7 the workers still work hard to deliver good service.Drinks are hella sweet and most of them are fixed sugar/ice. Probably not catered towards the majority of the Asian population due to how sweet the drinks are. Crunchy Strawberry was so sweet that I literally could not drink it. My throat burned.But the Crunchy Tiramisu is bearably sweet, it’s good if you happen to crave something as sweet as ice cream.
Really tasty bubble tea. They seem to use real passion fruit instead of powder. Ordered Passion Fruit Greentea.
We always heard about the Alley! As one of the best bubble tea shops, we tried their #1 popular drink (brown sugar derioca milk tea) and snow velvet muscat black tea. I imagined the taste would be better but maybe I didn't know what to choose ?
I have been here many times. They don't have too many options for tea without milk which is a little disappointing. They also don't have popping bubbles. However, I keep going back because the tea quality and the variety overall is very good. Highly recommend it. I love how well they prepare their hot drinks.
I ordered 3 drinks from his location last night, the tapioca pearls was hard, normally it's a melt in your mouth texture, but not in those drinks I received. And all of the drinks was off , it had a strong chemically /metallic taste in them. I was super disappointed with this experience.
The bubble tea here is amazing. I usually get the Deerioca but I recently changed it up and got the Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and it was the best I have had. The Jasmine flavor is really strong and the bubbles are really nicely flavored and sweet. I think the Deerioca tea is just milk but the special part is the really sweat bubbles. The Alley is on the pricey side but definitely a good treat to have on occasion!

The best alley in Toronto, if I’m not mistaken this was the first location too. Been a loyal customer since this location’s opening. Great place.
The kiwi slush was so good that I ordered an extra to take home.
