I just bought 2 hot derioka fevers. But they gave me straws for cold bubble tea. I asked for a proper straw, but they said they don’t have it. Now, I have 2 derioka fevers, but I’m not able to drink them. It’s like I’m drinking milk, that’s it. Bubbles don’t come. Totally disappointed. They shouldn’t sell hot bubble teas, if they don’t have the proper straw for them.I’m not coming back to this place.

This Alley location was really nice and had indoor seating options. If you want a vegan No. 9 Milk Tea, ask for a No.9 Tea Latte with Soy Milk - it was delicious and hits the spot every time. Would definitely recommend the Alley.Follow for more on Instagram @roamingreina

I've only been here twice and I love the aesthetic of the place and they have exciting delicious options for drinks. It's starting to become one of my new favorites in the area, so I recommend checking it out.

I usually come here w my friend and its ok. But today when my friend coming order and wanna pay by cash, the server look so aggressive. And after when he give my friend the order he just threw it in the table like??? What? If u have a bad day then pls just keep it for yourself we dont wanna pay for that kinda sever and attitude

Extremely horrible customer service! The lady at the counter made me repeat my order FOUR times and then forgot to take payment from me. So I stood there blankly staring at her while she took the order of another customer.I waited for more than 10 minutes for my order - ONE DRINK - to be ready. When it was done, they just left it to sit behind the counter. I had to ask if it was mine before they handed it to me.I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. Shame!

I prefer this Alley location over other ones due to their tapioca (nice & chewy). The Deerioca is quite nice, although at 7 dollars for regular size it is a bit pricey (have to remember we are downtown...). Wait time was only 5 min or so. They filled up my cup too much so I did have a hard time poking my straw without spilling lol. Would still come back again! ?

Had a great experience at the Alley, staff was polite and there was seating outside! Definitely recommend.

Was excited to finally be able to visit The Alley as I don't live in Toronto. We got the Royal No. 9, which was listed as a top pick in the shop. The staff was friendly and service was good, but the tea was extremely dissapointing. Maybe the quality was better in the past, but everything tasted diluted, even though we got minimal ice with our drinks and drank it right away at the shop. Though there was some tea flavour and flowery notes in the tea, it relied way too heavily on sugar for flavour. In my opinion, there are better options at a better price.

Long overdue review - I love the royal no. 9 tea latte. The lattes are made with fresh milk as opposed to the lactose free creamer in the milk teas. So it doesn't taste as creamy but it's healthier and has the same great blueberry taste as the royal no. 9 milk tea. I find that the Alley doesn't give as much tapioca as other places but that might just be personal preference.

I always order deerioca fever but this time the drink is so watered down.I order hot deerioca with soy milk and milk , It has no soy milk/ milk taste in it. It just taste like hot water mix brown sugar.
