The guy at cash took my order where I specified I wanted my drinks warm, when I saw the girl at the back prepared it cold, I told her I asked for warm, she said “we only have hot or cold” and when I said I’d like it hot she bluntly told me the “special doesn’t come in hot”, implying I’d have to pay extra for my drinks to be warm/hot even though there didn’t seem to be this issue when I placed my order. There’s something wrong with your staff’s communications.
First time here (maybe last because of our experience) and didn’t know what to order. Ended up ordering the mango slush which was good but the male server who took our order got easily annoyed because we took a bit to order, mind you we were the only ones there and no queue behind us but we still apologized however he seemed to have a really weird attitude from the start and wasn’t friendly or helpful in anyway. The worst part was when he served us our drink, he just threw the straw and murmured something under his mask. Sorry but we won’t be visiting again ??
The male trainee’s customer service is very poor. He is very easily annoyed when customers ask questions. Not recommended. He is giving customers attitude.

worst customer service.. visited during COVID, when restaurants are closing and trying best with service to survive but the girl over here was racist, stared and disrespectful. Please try the real bubble tea on first floor instead. Will not go there.

One of my favourite bubble tea spots! They have great offerings and I like the overall flavours of their tea! My favourite flavour is the sesame and almond milk tea, which I’m praying they will offer as a warm option as well!
