If I could give this customer service a zero I would. Been coming here for years, I work in the mall. I order my usual cheese fries however this time it came in a tiny bag with the sauce on the side in a small container….I said to the girl “it normally comes in the fry supreme box. She rudely says “no.”And I insisted saying yes I get it all the time, could I please get it in the box. She again said in short response “no”. I told her that how I always receive it , it’s very difficult to eat it this way and the portion is way smaller and the price is higher.I went to another location near by and order cheese fries and it came as usual in the fry supreme box. I’m thinking this location is racist and being difficult for no reason because no other location has that rule it comes in the normal box.Very disappointed with the way I was treated. Instead of compromising they just refunded me.
The package deals are not discounted deals, you simply are ordering and pay more or less the individual itemized prices together. The Doritos tacos should all be supreme with all the trimmings. There are no incentives to up buy a meal package to save money and better value. Staff are nice, there should be one other staff at the counter, the wait to order was 10 minutes, food pick up order was 10 minutes.
So bad, I came expecting the deal for $5 favorites that Taco Bell advertised and never received it. Poor service, the girls were talking in the backroom while I was waiting for service. Too bad they don't give refills anymore, there are still great Taco Bells that do this. Really bad value, I ended up paying $13 for a meal for a crunchwrap with fries supreme, like are they really trying rob me here? Please Taco Bell, contact me and offer me a free coupon or meal because this is unacceptable!
A friend and i came to the mall and stopped for lunch in the food court. We ordered a chicken quesadilla as well as cheese fries and 2 baja blasts. They threw the quesadilla in the bag upside down which then all fell apart. They did not give us the cheese fries and when we asked for the cheese politely the worker simply said “you got them” and walked away. only giving 2 starts because the baja blasts never seem to disappoint.
Useless!! Extremely worst Store Service! Nobody knows how to operate the business! Placed online order and then waited for 35 more minutes as they never know that they also have pickup service. Unprofessional!! Never going back again!
The worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I waited for my food for over 20 mins while all the workers, including the cashier were standing in the back talking. Extremely unprofessional don’t recommend going to this location.

Really enjoyed my food that I ordered here. Everything was packed really well and my tacos tasted delicious. The service staff will really friendly and got my order right.
Orderedthe Value Box. Tasted very different than the other times I had Taco Bell and wasn'tvery good. No sour cream in the tacos or ketchup or condiments, even though I had fries.
The guy working there was super nice and didn't skimp when we asked for fire sauce. Delicious!
