Ordered a simple taco supreme combo today. Over 20 minutes waiting for my food and not even an apology or explanation for the slower than molasses service.... Service is terrible. Dine here at your own risk.

Quality & service has severely declined, other than a few long time staff, all new ppl & they are hiring even right now.Basic things like cutlery, should be included in bags, not needed to be asked for, same with straws.Tortillas were really stale, (unusual for this location)..

I mean I guess I didn’t know what to expect because it’s Taco Bell on Uber eats. But I waited two hours for it to come. Whatever, time is time…but upon waiting two hours I was missing more than half of my order. Two beef tacos? Only got one. Crunch wrap supreme combo (fries, dessert, wrap) for two? Only got one wrap one dessert. No fries at all.One crunch wrap, one dessert and one taco for 45$. Never again lol

Wish I could give this place 0 stars - zero meat included in the order I just got, I get better Mexican food frozen from Rabba. Lots of franchises are thriving right now, clearly yours is a dumpster fire. Stop being such a wasteman.

Being a vegetarian I find Taco Bell often a good fast food option because they offer vegan and veggie options of all of their items. Because I'm a local to this location I have given it a few tries and more than once, they end up giving me beef instead of beans in tacos, chalupas and crunchwraps. Very very irritating, and has ruined our dinner on multiple occasions.

These employees get paid to sit around and do NOTHING, i dont kno how the current staff is still employed. They take forever to do EVERYTHINGGG, in person orders, they take 90mins MINIMUM for online orders, Doordash, skip the dishes, doesn't matter, Last time i ordered online, i didnt even get my online order last time i ordered from here; The staff also BARELY speak english therefore making the situaion for them worse. I just gave up going here, might as well go to another location in gerneral. Hire new staff, if i could give them 0 stars i would.

Ok ok ok don't hate..we all know Taco Bell is not the most healthy food, but you all know some of you have ended up there when we want it, we want it and we shall get it. As for the experience it's standard service and as long has I receive my food in a timely manner I am happy.

The fries was very crispy and spicy, great customer service.

Ordered in the website for takeout.Drinks were supposed to both be iced tea but we got a Pepsi and a Diet Pepsi (?!). The website had sauce selection but we did not receive the sauce we had ordered. The steak in the steak soft taco seemed like it had been in a dehydrator.I cannot fathom how a single order could have gotten this messed up. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We ordered through Uber eats from this store our order was ready for pickup at 5:40 pm it was not delivered until 7:40 pm 2 hours it was sitting around why did this store let it leave when it was sitting around for 1 and 1/2 hours it was disgusting DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE LET THE ORDER LEAVE AFTER SITTING AROUND FOR THIS AMOUNT OF TIME THEY DONT CARE IF THEY GIVE YOU FOOD POISING
