Two nights in a row now and the orders were a little shy of right. One night it’s a missed poutine, and my 12 wing order was shorted the additional four that would have made it that much better. It seems that perhaps the new normal here is to sit patrons and then wait five minutes to take a drink order, forget to bring cutlery and also not check on the meals after they’ve been served. Not sure what else is missing here but a little tune up will have this to five stars next time around.

Swiss Chalet has fallen. Fries, buns, and mashed potatoes were not as fresh as usual. Food was not as hot as usual, seemed like it had been sitting for a long time but we didn't wait long to get the food. The pie has shrunk to less than half of the pre-covid size will no longer order the apple pie. Chicken (dark) was drier than normal. Chicken soup was ok.All in all a very disappointing experience we could've gotten the same meal from a grocery store & it would've been better & cheaper.Service was minimal, wasn't asked if we wanted anything else or if our food was ok, just presented with the pie & bill before we finished our meals.

The food and server experience was positive, the negative tone and environment presented by the manager wasn’t pleasant when you come for a dinnerUpon arrival at 7:30, the manager communicated in a negative tone that the dining room is closing at 8:00At 8:14, she started flicker the lights in the rest and turned off the tv, in which I was watchingI paid the bill at 8:00 and relaxing and very rude of the manager to turn the lights off and tv. I would understand if the location was closed, respectfully there open for take out in the same entranceThis is the second time the manager has did thisAnil

I ordered gluten free (fries to be done in separate fryer) and no bun. Arrived back at hotel room and there was a bun sitting on the chicken. How can I trust the fries are safe to eat? Part of the chicken is now contaminated. We called and were told sorry for including the bun. They don’t get the importance of food safety with food allergies.

Nicest place to eat delicious food. Staff is very polite and friendly. Food gets ready within few minutes. Must to visit to dine in.

We were at this location last Friday, December 3rd, in a group of six for a 1 pm lunch. Most of us ordered the quarter chicken from the Festive menu. Our food was both delicious and ample. We did not leave here still hungry.Service was prompt and friendly. Our server was very attentive and kept the coffee coming for us.The restaurant is bright, well decorated for the holidays, with clean washrooms and a variety of seating options. Larger families or groups are easily accommodated. All of us were very pleased with our visit and hope to return in the New Year. Many thanks to the staff at this location for making our visit so enjoyable.

I have to say, this was the best Swiss Chalet total experience I've ever had. I had placed an online order for 47 Festive Specials and they were on time, the food was not cold or dried out, and they called us before making any assumptions about minor changes that had to be made. Our team would like to thank you for allowing us to have a flawless Christmas lunch for all of our hard-working men and women. Wishing your kind, friendly and professional staff a safe and Merry Christmas.

I went to Swiss Chalet for the Festive Special yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were massive - it came with 5 lindor chocolates and $10 coupon off of $40 as well. The owner was also extremely kind, letting us stay in after 8 PM. Would totally visit again!

The entire Swiss Chalet brand needs to be rebuilt or it should be completely dismantled and thrown into the dustbin of the 1990s. There is nothing on the menu that is remotely competitive against alternatives in the market. We go to this location as a group every winter for reunions. There is literally no other reason why I would ever step foot into a Swiss Chalet. There is nothing on the menu that cannot be reconstructed from items readily available at Costco, Food Basics, and Walmart. Swiss Chalet probably has a "diversity problem" at the top in order to be so terribly backwards.

I am writing this while still sitting in the restaurant having waited 35 minutes with no service. I even phoned the restaurant from my table and got no answer. I’ve tried several times to get someone’s attention all with no success.
