I came here to satisfy a craving for soft serve ice cream and this hit the spot. I had seen the super long lines at the Niagara outlet and was glad there was one right in downtown TO. The 4pm-11pm hours are interesting but I guess there is something to that. The space is small (can only serve 4 patrons at a time) and there was 1 cashier and 1 server. This creates a line outdoors which can be discouraging but it moves quickly. The menu card hanging outside the door lists prices +/- 1 dollar cheaper than the actual cost which is on the menu board inside. Someone needs to have that updated. We had the pimped-out cookies and cream on a waffle cone and a straight-up vanilla in a cup. Both were generously sized for "small" and tasted amazing. They also have patio seating if you want to stay back to have your ice cream. I'll be back here for sure!
Absolutely love this place! I have tried just about every flavour option now and I'm in love with all of them! However, the absolute best part of this store is the employees. The lovely lady who made my ice cream was super nice to me and I felt that overall I was treated very kindly by everyone. I will be coming again!
I am giving 4 for the person on the counter. The love with which she made each ice cream was amazing despite of the amount of people in line. I ordered the brownie ice cream Which was 3 on 5. It wasn’t very flavourful just sweet. It left a weird mouth feel

May visit again.We waited for almost half an hour in the queue as they only have one employee serving the ice cream.Three recommendations:1. Hire one more employee that might speed up the queue?2. Please place a trash can outside3. Provide napkins while handing over the ice cream or at least provide napkins box

Yummy yummy yummy…Almost 10 options to choose from, I took the Bangin’ Brownie and it was sooo good. Although I was not able to finish the ice cream, but the taste was delicious. Much better when compared to other places and the service was very quick and super friendly. I would recommend this to all, if you have a sweet tooth
Their hours are incorrect. We have been multiple times over the past several years and all times has been closed. Daytime, nighttime, it doesn’t matter. They are closed. This business is never open. Don’t waste your time going. Multiple people including ourselves were outside this location when we went at 8pm on a Saturday night hoping they would be open. If you’re looking for disappointment this is where to find it.
Ordered Rocky Road & Hella Hazelnut. Rocky Road was so delicious. Very big too so I couldn’t finish
Ice cream? This is more like a 3 meal in one! This is how it works: You choose a filling or a base taste (vanilla , chocolate, raspberry ...) and then you choose a topping on it. When we tried it they only had coconut as filling (not a big fan of coconut but loved it anyway!) and chose biscuits for the toping. That was dreamy!
Nice place, tucked away and very small. Server was helpful and friendly although seemed a little bored, I think it was a quiet day for him
