I had been here before without any problems, but today they sold us the Tekka roll pictured below. Clearly something is wrong with the fish and they should have noticed as it was being made. When we called to let them know the sales clerk and manager had no interest in finding out what was going on. We could not drive back there to bring the fish in person, so they could not issue a refund, which is sorta understandable, but when we mentioned we could just send a picture for their reference (no refund required) they hung up the phone. Really poor customer service...will not be going back.

Editing my post from 3 years ago to emphasize that this place still hasn’t raised their prices and their quality remains delicious while still providing value. I still go here when I’m in the area and never got disappointed.

Is this the best tasting sushi in town? Definitely not. But the value for money is arguably the best in the city. I've been here three times in the last couple of months after moving into the neighborhood and I'm always impressed with the price point for what you get.

The sushi and quality here is really good and price can't be beat! Fish quality isn't the highest but it's still delicious and super affordable!! They always give a lot of tempura bits when you order sushi rolls that comes with it like the Spicy Crab Roll. ? I like their rice to filling ratio as well. (Less rice, more filling). Usually 1 and a half to 2 of their premium rolls is enough to get me full. Service can be slow at times but can't blame them. They also have 10% off discount if you pay with cash!

An amazing time and awesome food! First time to Canada and the sushi was AHHHH-MAZING!

This place has always stand out when frequently heading east of St. Clair toward Dufferin, I've been here in the past before and they have since improved their food quality and portion size. The interior dining is very welcoming and isn't like a basic-ikea put together sushi establishments like the ones I frequent. Staff members are very welcoming and easy to work with. If paying by cash, they have a discount rate which makes it pretty enticing to order more. The place is real affordable and items I've ordered is fresh and delicious, kind of wish I've added something else to my list.Wouldn't hesitate to come back as this isn't a far walk for me and it was a great afternoon for a brisk cool walk. Food tasted great and will definitely come back.

Their deals are always on point. If you bring in cash, they have a 10% off discount which is nice. Their sushi pizza is on point and you get more buck for your bank as opposed to a lot of sushi places. I've been here 3 times already (2 times take out 1 time dine in) and every experience has been great. The weekends get busy but the weekdays are on the slower side but quality has always been consistent. I would give them a 10/5 if it was possible on here. That's how good they are.

Make sure that the fish in your order did not go bad. Got a food poisoning from them a few years ago and today they sold me Tilapia rolls with spoiled fish again. Very questionable food safety at this place.

Don’t let the front of this sushi restaurant fool you. The price, food, and quality will blow you away. I would say this is one of the best “low-budget” restaurants I’ve ever been to. Keep in mind, the business model is low budget, not the food you eat in there. On the contrary, the food is generous in portion sizing and simply delicious. There are options for all kinds of tastes, offering innovative and delicious sushi, fresh sashimi, and appetizing plates. Please try it out, you won’t regret it.
