The place looks good on the outside, very stressed and a tad unclean from the inside. The menu has a variety of options for eggs, including vegetarian ones. Unfortunately, when the order is put on the table regarding other options than eggs, it is on the cheapo side for presentation.Philadelphia is not even spread on the bagel, just put on top of the salmon which looks like a 3$ meal. Hence, you have to make your sandwich yourself.Regarding the eggs, very good presentation on English muffins, but for the potatoes, they were all undercooked. When we explained that, the short-tempered waitress simply offered another plate, even though they were also undercooked. We did not finished them and kindly asked for a discount since they did not bring us cooked food. She said it was the first complaint like this that she had heard all day and that it did not make sense, even though we also kindly told her she could taste them, since they were *raw*. She just brought us the machine without asking any more questions and left it on the table. We came back to her to tell her that we wanted to split the bill and she came back looking like we were making a scandal. She had such an attitude that we did not want to tip and she made such a big story about this, taking the machine away after having paid, saying "Happy?". It would have been fine for us to tip if it weren't for the rude attitude and doing nothing about resolving the uncooked food situation. We left the place with a very sour feeling, never to go back there.
Excellent breakfast in central Toronto - plenty of variety on the menu, tasty. Service very friendly and prompt. Good value for money.Really enjoyed what could be described as eggs Benedict with bacon, guacamole and diced potatoes.
The all day breakfast place. If ur looking for a place to satisfy your breakfast craving anytime of the day, this should be it.Food: A wide variety of eggs ?? , chicken ? ,becon ? preparation.Ambiance: Modest and homey atmosphere.
Down the street from our hotel. Nice central location. Google food. Plenty of hot coffee.
Atmosphere is chill and cool, this is my absolute favourite restaurant in Downtown. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! I recommend to try one of my favourite dish Crab cake Benedict I enjoyed every single bite of it, must try .Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for eat in downtown
We walked right in to a table for 6 on a Sunday morning, wild (maybe lucky). Server was great. Food was good; exciting menu options. Many good sweet options too. They have good hot sauces. The coffee cups are so tiny!!!! Like 4 oz, but the server was good in keeping it coming. They were pretty slow in bringing the bill but it was a busy Sunday to be fair. Not mind blowingly good, but well worth it; satisfied and happy with the experience.
The food was super good. Unfortunately the person who served us wasn't the best.
Service was okay, food was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. Ordered some benedict eggs but they were cooked right through.
This was my first time at sunset grill and there's 1 word that encompasses my experience. VALUE.The portions were very helpful and even side dishes were enough to be their own dishes. The sausages, home fries, yogurt were all great and the pancakes and hot chocolate though not as impressive still hit my cravings well. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely go again
I am vegetarian (vegan but I consume milk and related products but not egg). I could not find much variety of things to eat except for potatoes in different form and a sandwich we requested to customize without beacon. Though staff was good and warm. My rating is completely based on the menu variety and my satisfaction with it.
