A server showed up after 15 minutes of my arrival to just giving me the menu, then another server showed up and said sorry the kitchen is closed (it was 9:15 PM) and then she came back & said you can order food if you order it now. I ordered Paloma cocktail and the taste was so bad. They charge $15 for that. The burger's bread was soggy, the onion rings came greasy and when I asked another server (guy with blonde hair) what kind of hot sauce do you have he said "I don't know"!!!!Long story short, over priced low quality service place.Definitely don't recommend it

Went to stout with my boyfriend had a terribly shocking experience with the manager herself over a simple Miss understanding in which wasn’t explained to us at the beginning of our visit. We were verbally attacked directly and indirectly attacked as well when she started speaking rudely about us to a customer next to us in front of our faces when we tried to calmly address a situation in which we didn’t agree with she was hostile and arrogant will not be going back!

Reasonably price food and drinks. Loved the cottage pie. It was my first time having cottage pie. It is good and hearty. The service is great, they let me taste some of the beer before ordering. A place with good vibes and I recommend people bring friends for trivia night. I got destroyed at guessing the songs. I could do the science and history trivia questions.

Decent pre-concert dinner venue (around the corner from the Phoenix). Had a flight; decent sample menu. Definitely going back to try more. Love that they support local!!Massive portion for my fish and chips order. Fingers were good but another strip would have been more filling.

I work at Louis Cifer and occasionally can be seen slinging poutines out of Stout's kitchen.I guess this may be considered a biased review BUT I thoroughly enjoyed the service here when i came in for dinner! We had Michelle serving us and she is so attentive and positive. My buddy who had never been had such a great time. I really thought the vibe they created in the front of house was so welcoming and fun! If my buddy wasn't working the next day, we'd have stayed to close the bar down because it was such a good time.I've come in for dinner and drinks here at least a dozen times and they really just do it well. It's a big place but feels quaint. It's a small menu but delivers on flavour and quality. It may very well be my favourite restaurant in the city (again, this may be categorized as biased but whatevs)[email protected]#ing LOVE Stout Irish Pub!

Great selection of tap beer, cider and various craft alchohols. Quick and delicious kitchen. Wonderful, courteous staff. Would come back here anytime Im back in the neighborhood.

Was looking for a pub when we were in Cabbagetown. The place has charm. We ordered the fish and chips with a glass of stout ale. the fish was amazing. The chips not so much. The ratio of tartar sauce to haddock needs to be more. Service was good. We had a stroller and were comfortably seated at a corner table near the entrance.

Great little pub and the patio has a nice vibe too. We did return a Mosco mule that my buddy complained about but they took it back with no fuss and gave him a margarita instead and all was well in the world!

Real nice vibes and atmosphere. But the wait staff took forever to get to us and passed an oddly racist comment about there being a lot of Asians that night. St Patrick's Day. There wasn't. To top it off, we were given a nice day gratuity bill of $12!!! Left a very sour taste on an otherwise fun night out.

We went there yesterday St Patrick Day. The host was so rude and racist. When we could get in, she sent us to the bar that there's no room for us to squeeze in. We stood in the path between the bar and the tables. The space was so narrow so we needed to move around when the other customers came in.Btw they promoted $7 lucky lager on their instagram but it's actually $8.
