staff here messed up my orders: ordered for a tall drink but gave me a grande; asked for no ice (stated in my order) but still gave me ice. this store is not recommended
Great place to get a lot of water by ethos brand that you pay for 700 ml bottle before continuing my long walk and sourdough grilled cheese sandwhich!!!! And a vet good and delicious chocolate chip cookie!!!!
"James" that works at this location is disrespectful, rude, acts like the location is his & will confront, argue, yell & verbally fight with customers... all in front of other customers & his coworkers! He will make his own rules & I notice... will get off cash, if he doesn't like who he's going to serve next! This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited!
I just ordered java chip frappuccino and white hot chocolate, I asked for an extra whipped cream for both and extra chocolate chips for the java chip but they did not add it, this is the first time that Starbucks failed to deliver what I ordered.
Great place to get your fix or grab a meal at Swiss Chalet or Harvey's. Plenty of free parking. There's also lots of other restaurants nearby. It's also close to Hwy 401.
Love it when they ask me to hold on a few minutes for a fresh pot. Smiles all around and patience.
