I ordered three drinks through mobile this morning two minutes before I entered the store. Right when I entered they asked for my name and the drinks were ready in seconds. Very fast and efficient. Their customer service is also extraordinary. Especially one of the girls, she noticed that I ordered three drinks and asked if I needed a tray to which I said just a bag. She put two of my drinks in a bag with a tray for me. I don’t know but for me this was the first time a Starbucks location actually packed the drinks in a proper tray bag for me. At the other locations I have to ask for a tray or bag to which they just give me for myself to put the drinks in. 10/10 customer service. Very friendly and caring environment.
Arrived in the evening for a much needed break and we were new to this location. There were no chocolate chip cookies left instead we were given complimentary brownies and OMG they were delicious filled with gooey chocolate.
This location is always courteous, friendly, efficient and just amazing in general.
Ordered from Uber Eats a coffee and sandwich for lunch, and no sandwich showed up. Pretty disappointing that no one substituted or contacted me about this issue. Reasoning? After I called they said they were "so busy" and she rememberedmy order. Wow. An expensive delivery fee for an incomplete order. And still the sandwich shows available on Uber for delivery, no one is updating their system. And no straw given for a Frappuccino. Frustrating.
Ordering for first time in uber eat i got half coffe after paying alot of money . !!!!!! I ordered cake i got bacon !!!!
This is definitely the best managed Starbucks that I’ve come across. The drinks are made well and always consistent, I’m really impressed. I drive a little further than I normally have to just to come to this location over the others. Well done management, and the staff are great too!
The location was great, the radio station was very nice even if a little loud. It was clean with friendly staff.My only criticism is of Starbucks as a whole, not just this location. They have switched to using paper straws, despite the existence of sugar cane straws. Perhaps they are uninformed that these exist, but just know that if they really cared about the environment, they would use sugar cane straws instead.

What is stopping me from giving a 5 star review at this location is the playlist selection! Everything about this location is amazing -- customer service, cleanliness. I am giving a low score so your managers can read this review and will change it to 5 star if the changes I suggest are implemented.The music this weekend was very loud and blasting with K-pop -- even old SNSD and Big Bang.I understand this is a Scarborough location, and not necessary in a Toronto-proper hipster neighbourhood so the clientele might prefer something upbeat and fun. I am a big 2nd generation K-pop fan, but even I know that is not really on-brand or appropriate for Starbucks. What would head office say? Most people want to come here for a comfortable ambience where they can study or chat with their friends and still hear the other person's voice.So, please if you are reading this Midland and McNicoll team, please stick to jazz / lo-fi. If your baristas want to listen to something different, maybe invest in a different speak system so they can listen, but your weekend playlist is not on-brand. Too loud, too distracting.
Grande is now cut down? I didn't check until I got home.This is the second grande oat latte like this in this location. Not a full grande. Should have just paid for a smaller size.
