A big shoutout to the beautiful Alisa! :)It's people like Alisa who are flag bearers for these brands because they show they really care for their customers and their experience.I tried a new summer drink launched by Starbucks recently and didn't like it at all and returned to the same out after few minutes for a cold brew coffe to get over a bad taste.Alisa quickly recognized me and asked if i liked what i tried. As soon as she got to know i didn't like it at all, she swiftly made my new order complimentary saying "am sorry you had a bad experience, i made this one complimentary for you".What a sweet gesture! :)I mean, it's not about the complimentary drink at all, i had anyway returned to buy a new one... It was about the care she had and her promptness to make it right!Kudos... All the best Alisa, may you grow multifold in your career with this right attitude! :) ❤️
Not a happy customer.This locations customer service told me they only accept cash and that the payment machines are not working, which century are they are living in? They cant have a good payment system? Who carries cash now a days, we live in a cashless world. Pay little premium for a payment service provider just like you charge premium for your coffee to get working payment system.Big name, less coffee. Half the cup was tasteless coffee for the price of a full cup. Four times the price of a nearest competitor. Not worth the visit.
The best Starbucks I’ve been to. I came here to get my birthday drink and I forgot to tell them I had the birthday drink voucher at the order box, so I told the girl at the window. She got so excited (seriously she’s the type of friend everyone needs) and told the guy making my drink to make it a trenta. And they all sang me happy birthday at the drive thru window. It might seem like a little thing (and I don’t know their names to personally shout them out) but honestly they made my day.
I attended this Starbucks at Midland & Ellesmere just now exactly 20 minutes before closing. I ordered cheese danish and matcha latte. It was explained that I couldn’t get my cheese danish warmed because they had already turned off the oven. There was no discount offered. Many Starbucks do this. For such a large company with premium pricing, their hospitality sucks. I did not enjoy my cheese danish unwarmed.
Recommend for short stay-in. Service is excellent, might need to bring an extra cover, the AC is quite strong. Has electric power output.
Got a chocolate cream cold brew yesterday and puked everything after having this drink. Cream on the top was melted (didn’t look like same as the one i ordered from other location)when i picked up and i just drank without any doubt. However, the cream must be bad already. You used the old cream or gave me the one who ordered wrong an hour before so the cream must be went wrong in this hot weather.
Just exactly what you expect out if a Starbucks. Excellent coffee, great service. What more could a person seeking out caffeinated beverages ask for!!!
Love this location staff is friendly. They usually always get my drink right unlike other locations
Really not happy with my strawberry açai drinkI ordered a small one and half of the glass If full of iceI took 5 sips and done with drink. I don’t understand why you are charging 5-6$ for 5-6 sips. Really wasn’t happy with the drink and the way it’s been made. Give me your email would love to share this picture
The drive thru experience is good. The staff are Uber friendly and have full conversation with you while you wait. Some will like this others might not. The London Fog Latte is super yummy especially with oat milk. One thing I dislike about this location is how hard it is to drive in and out of. There is always traffic blocking a left turn in and only can go west upon leaving.
