Fast friendly service, busy, but no line up.

I’d give zero stars if I could. 30 minutes for a 3 drink order with 10 people behind the counter. One barista didn’t even know how to open a carton of cream! Another didn’t even bother reading the order tab on our cup and insisted we were wrong. Supremely unreasonable service. I’m pretty good with giving chances but you can count on me never coming back. I suggest you don’t even bother coming by either

Drive through is fast on certain days then on some days its just chaotic.I reccomend placing mobile orders, you get to skip the wait all together to avoid the random days of chaos.I took off two stars because they currently only have sugar-free Vanilla, they should think about getting more sugar-free syrup options like the countless other locations seeing as that would be more inclusive to people with celiacs, other dietary needs and intolerances.I hope this location gets sugar free mocha, caramel and such!

My least favorite location they really do lack consistency here when it comes to the drinks on the menu. The staff is very pleasant however I do believe the baristas maybe need more training here when it comes to crafting beverages.

The drinks are good, but wildly expensive so I only go once a week during the weekend.I will continue fighting bankruptcy while trying to nurture my caffeine addiction.

Long slow lineups . They never open their patio anymore. Why? The chairs and tables just sit there covered all year.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now and the quality of drinks is very inconsistent to other locations. I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Expresso, which has been my go to drink lately, however I asked for no cinnamon powder because I have a mild cinnamon allergy. I made sure to remind the barista taking my order, no cinnamon powder after I paid. When I received the drink there was no cinnamon powder on top, like it usually has. So I starting to drink it, however when I started drinking the drink, I tasted the cinnamon powder. I looked under the cup and saw the powder sitting at the bottom of the cup. I didn’t bother to go back and ask for a new drink or refund, because they were super busy and I wasn’t willing to wait. I am very disappointed because the order slip says “no cinnamon powder”. I will not be purchasing from this location again.

So incredibly slow. Waited 25 minutes in the store for a drink and a cookie. No communication between staff to the point that I had to get a refund. Tons of staff working, yet slower than other Starbucks with 2-3 employees during busy hours. Everyone working here seems clueless and lost.

Really good service, at first I thought you had too many staff members but then I realized it's to service your drive thru as well as in store guests. The front door was revolving! When I was there with the amounts of drink orders. Kudos to your entire staff crew who were there Sunday January 23, it must be hard to keep track of all those insane drink orders. My drinks were made quickly, and perfectly. Thank you!

Waited forever for our coffee and refresher over 20 min in the drive-thru... watched them give it (my order) to the car in front of us (people in the car touch the lids and all over before giving it back). When we got to the window they made us wait like they were making the drinks.... then gave use the order like nothing happened. When we called them out on it (asked if these were new ones or the ones they gave to the ppl in the other car?) there was no sorry but they said we could get new ones. I then overhead the person say they would pour our drinks into new cups to-which I protested. So they went around the corner and did it anyway (thinking I couldn't see). Then to get me, they filed the cup that had the refresher with more than half the cup with ice... Way to go Starbucks! (Kingston Rd and 401, Scarborough) two stars was being nice cause it is Christmas.... imagine, we are in an outbreak of Covid-19 (over 10k and climbing with a variant that can infect a person who is double vacated and this is the practice in place)... oh, and the cashier didn't have on gloves nor did they use the tray to give the order back and forth.
