I'm disappointed in my experience of having my coffee in this place. I'm often here to pick up a coffee before I go to work. But this is the first time they are using the wrong cup lid for an iced coffee and its inaccurate size. It's slack and my coffee spilled all over my seat and cup holder.
Great Starbucks store. Big parking lot. Nice inside seating area. Good range of products. Staff is very friendly and professional. Always go there to have a cappuccino. Love seating there reading my book or listen to music while sipping my coffee.
Employees greet everyone on arrival, and are very kind. They made me feel like a valued customer. I don't rate Starbucks, but I wanted to take the time to rate this experience as it was exceptional.Space is very big with enough outlets to work.
I'm always going to love the dragonfruit lemonade as it serves to be such a refreshing beverage during the summertime. All Starbucks are very well put together and the service is professional and this one is no exception. The workers there are kind and always service the orders with pace.
Horrible experience today may 28! Barista could not comprehend I wanted a vegetarian option and offered something with chicken because it doesn’t have egg…Then I gave her my card to scan that has enough stars for my order then to tell me they “apparently” have a system problem and I have to pay for my drink. She already gave me the order and takes it back from me! I’m so confused!
They are just awesome..!! I love the location and employees are great, helpful, always tries to serve you well. They make my drink so well every time. I tried 3-4 other Starbucks, never compact with any other Starbucks.
This is one of my favourite Starbucks locations. I actually drive well out of my way to come here if I'm looking for a study spot. It's very spacious and the bathrooms are clean. There are also a lot of outlets which is great if you plan on being there a while. As for the drinks and food, everything tastes great. The drinks are made correctly and the food never tastes stale like some other locations I've been too. I also like how they play a lot of different music genres which keeps things interesting! The only less than stellar experience I had was when I ordered a iced black tea lemonade.. It tasted so bad like coffee was in it. Honestly, I just drank it bc I didn't wanna complain. But other than that one of at least 50x I've been in the past few years, I've had a great experience.
I went to the drive-thru and ordered a vt strawberry frap with heavy cream, white mocha, vanilla, a scoop of strawberries, and double-blended, and all I can say is that I had to repeat myself several times because she was not getting my order. I had to go inside the store to speak to the manager, Cadence, who wasn't helpful at all. I tried to explain to her that her employee needs to first listen to the customer's order instead of talking over the customer. She says that her employee was right to speak while I was placing an order. The second time that this manager has sided with her employees. I ordered an iced matcha frap two months ago, and they gave me the wrong order. The employee at the time was rude to me, and I went into the store to speak with this same manager, and she was very unprofessional and rude.
Drive through now is scary ride , after you sip your latte , it’s the best taste . Thank you . Waite time gone longer than before . Recommend this place . Staff is nice .
Right across from work. Definitely a quick place for mini date. Staff is friendly and always ready to help you choose your next drink!
