Wings were generally okay, a bit dry but otherwise tasted good. Fries were the best as they were crispy and not too greasy. Service was a let down as we waited almost 30 minutes to get our order taken after getting seated. If service was faster I would've given 4 stars
We got here to this patio for a rapid supper following a soccer sport gorgeous TVs sport. As with most of their locations, the group of workers right here had been extraordinarily well mannered and cheery. Our drinks and meals arrived shortly and have been all to our liking. The wings and fries are one of our favourites, however, we can additionally propose the ribs, burgers and poutine, all of which had been ordered through different individuals of our group.
Came in with hubby for dinner. Was greeted right away, first server was amazing, and friendly while laughing and joking with us. The second server was just as amazing. She offered to change my drink out because I didn't like it... great place...Great job guys on amazing service and food
The fries were really hot and crispy. Surprising that fries becomes a gauge of the food overall. The taste and quality was really good. Food time from order to table was not super fast but given how busy probably reasonable.
Fantastic service from our server and the general manager, great food and atmosphere. The general manager even brought my young son a small plate of fries to keep him happy while we waited for our meal; we will return
Worse and really sad experience! I went with a group of friends, our server Cassandra at the very beginning told us that she would add the tip because we were 7 peoples, I respect that! also she told us that she would made only basic drinks, no cocktails! I tough was probably for the time! The service wasn’t the best no waters just the drinks that we got and we ask few times for more water!When she came with the bills, I ask her for my bill and she told me to wait for the machine, she past me the machine with the tip already there and she said that’s the amount with the tip, but in my paper bill wasn’t include, I took a copy of the machine and also of the bill! I work as a server too, so I know how things work and I will never go back, so she add it cuz we speak in other language ? Now I understand why she was little nervous, if she will put gratuity that’s fine usually is 6 or 8 which is fine, and was good that she let everyone know but about what she did.. doing on the machine and 20% tipWhen the service was horrible! But I get it isn’t just her is boh too, but if she would put gratuity because we were 7ppl that should be on our bill gratuity! I get it she didn’t do it because she was looking for more %, gratuity most of the time the do before tax, and also my brother ask for water 3 times and she forgot so he went to the bar and ask her for water there because we were living, and by that time like closing wasn’t busy at all I thing our table and a single other table we were the only ones.

We ordered 3 dishes, garlic sticks, boneless chicken wings and French fries and we wait for more than 40 minutes for that order. The restaurant wasn't full. When I approached a server asking for the food " I understand you are busy but we have been waiting for 40 minutes already can you please check the status of our order" and she replied " they're people waiting more than you, it's not under my control" and walked away!!We received the food after 10 minutes more, the only good thing was the garlic sticks, the wings had no sauce at all. I even had to go near the bar to get some plates and ketchup. I would not recommend going to this restaurant ?.

On Vacation, I and my Partner Discovered St Louis. Great Location smack downtown Toronto for a nice quick drink and pictures. The service was great, we had the pleasure of knowing Magy who greeted us with a huge smile even know it was covered under her. Will definitely come back and I highly recommend it as a server.
