This is a review of my experience in 2018.I didn't share my experience in 2018 because I was cheated by the waiter at the time.A female waitress refused to let us in because we didn't bring ID. I reiterated that we won't order alcohol and only fried chicken, but the waitress still ignored us. We expressed that we were loyal customers of St. Louis, and we had chicken without showing ID in different locations previously. The waitress said this location was not allowed, and her attitude was very rude.After negotiating for a long time, we had to go home to get our ID and come back within 15 minutes (we lived next to the location). We also confirmed with the waitress again and again that we should be allowed to dine in if we came back within 15 minutes.However, after returning within 15 minutes, the waitress said that the kitchen was closed. We were really tired that it was cold and we were running back and forth just wanna eat something.The reason why I come to comment now is because I just chatted with a friend and learned that he can have fried chicken in this location without showing ID in 2018. I just realized this waitress cheated on me. I'm not sure if this female waitress is still working, but she really made me never set foot in this location.
Super fresh and DELICIOUS.I HAD THE SOUTHERN CHICKEN SANDWICH AND OMG ITS SO FRESH AND GOOD. So deliciousITS 2.00 PM IN THE AFTERNOON NOT all lot of people so perfect.Customer service was PERFECT MY WAITRESS WAS SO HELPFUL.I WILL BE COMING HERE AGAIN.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! I’ve been to this location previous times during the day and if I ever decide to go back it will be only during those times. First off, the waitress kept questioning my drink of choice this evening. I asked for a double vodka soda never new that was so complicated. Had to tell her about 3 times club soda. I got vodka tonic (facepalm)!!!I asked the waitress if I could switch this to vodka soda she proceeded to tell me that what I had was in fact a vodka soda. I told her this tasted sweet and she gave me a lesson on that club soda is sweet and tonic is bitter. Almost, had a laugh but out of respect didn’t fight them. Just asked for a new one and I’m pretty sure they brought me back just club soda. We waited at least 10 mins to see if they would bring us utensil and napkins but nothing. Thought that was common sense when food comes out. Seemed like they were giving my friend and I hard time on purpose. They need retrain there evening staff to say the least.
Food was fantastic and even though it was busy we did not have to wait long for our order

Family and friends coming into town for a game, large group. We tried to make reservations as I know it will be tough to get a seat anywhere during game day. Was informed it's walk in only, good luck getting in. Well I guess we go someplace else every time we attend the games.
Ordered from this location 3 days in advance for the Superbowl.Arrived before my pickup time and there was a massive line out the door all for people picking up food. My food wasn't even prepared yet, they waited until I paid to start cooking the food - defeating the purpose of pre-ordering all together,The location was doing cash only and the ATM was not working. Not sure why a sports bar would be doing cash only for the superbowl..maybe this should be reported to CRA.The wings were burned and we did not get the sauce we requested. The wings werent even tossed in the sauce, they simply drizzled the sauce on top.Awful experience and I want a refund.

Servers were so lazy. When we tried to order three wings, they said to us ‘wait until your brother come to the store.’ And when we order more napkins, they didn’t give us quickly, they just talked each other. So terrible.
