Amazing place to try Mediterranean food. Prices are very nominal, we tried falafel and the polnessian fries, both are must try. We also had pistachio baklava bites for dessert. Best baklava in Toronto.??
I find the ingredients used in the food here to be of a superior quality.Everything was delicious. The make most flour items dream and it's reasonably.
Excellent high quality food in a great environment.You can see everything is made with love and class. It is unique and authentic.We basically had all the meats and everything was good, except the pulled chicken, which is basically boiled and with almost no flavor.My favourite was the Open Beef Shawarma Sandwich. The Saj Pita it comes on is delicious and the Beef is juicy.The Hallum Cheese was really good too but I found the price to be a little expensive for the quantity.Would definitely like to try the Chefs Sampler in a bigger group. It is a mix of different hummus’s and tahinis and other dips, along with pita. But comes in a large quantity.
The "new" staff is so unprofessional and rude. I frequent Souk at least on a weekly basis. The new staff is extremely rude, when I rightfully complain about my order either being incomplete or wrong. Generally gaslighting me saying "you didn't order that" and hanging the phone on me in a disrespectful tone and manner. It is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that they mess up my order, and react defensively when I call/walk back in to rectify the issue. All I want is the correct order and kind service. I've never been disrespectful or rude and should expect the same in return. I hope management reads these?
A great restaurant featuring delectable Middle Eastern food, in the Canary District. Safety protocols in place: sanitizer at the door, dividers between tables, vaccine & ID checks for dine-in patrons. Great service, and really great food! Loved the Chef's Platter with all the amazing dips and fresh pita. The baked falafel was tasty with a tahini drizzle.
Gotten Salmon, beef, chicken and the meatballs.Also gotten the Lebanese hot chocolate and the cinnamon honey latte.Ordered for take out during lunch rush hour.
Must Must try !!Staff were super friendly , place was very clean , you order at the counter and take a seat at the table to be served !Hummus with shawarma and the chef’s sampler are a MUST , super delicious !!Deeper fried cauliflower , falafel and the Batata Harra were super good as well . Don’t forget to order your hot Saj to go along with all the food .
I had Tabule on my “want to go list” for many years, never went because of the long drive and I thought it is going to be the same as any other middle eastern restaurant in the GTA. Yesterday I went for a lunch, and it turned out to be one of the greatest middle eastern spots in the GTA, the food was perfect, cozy feeling and the service is fast!
Amazing Mediterranean food, lots of choices in a casual atmosphere. Love the long tables offering large groups the opportunity to eat together. Everything made fresh onsite. Well priced and friendly staff.
Their food is top notch - they were about to close but still put my pickup order through!
