Loved the cafe vibe that this place puts out!Unassuming and chic from the outside and when you step in, the chic transferred over into the interior.Ordered a cortado and it was decent, not the best I’ve had, but definitely not the worst. Didn’t get a espresso taste in the cortado, but the one thing about it was that it was nice and smooth.Service was good but didn’t experience anything outstanding. They were very efficient in making the drinks. As a side note, it did seem pretty busy so they must’ve been overwhelmed with orders right before I got there, so kudos to them for being able to make all those drinks for all the patrons I saw in the store! Will definitely come back to try another cortado as I think the potential is there from all the awesome reviews I see.Great job to the staff!Follow me on IG @thirst_and_taste for better pics, vids, and more amazing content!

Sorry Coffee had exceptional service. Got their Matcha Latte where I saw them whisk the matcha up in a Japanese bowl set before making the latte. My friend got their Mocha!

A warm little coffee shop with modern furnishings, an interesting drinks menu, and some fantastic baked treats. The staff were engaging and polite and I felt immediately comfortable as I sat down with my blueberry fog and banana muffin.

I came into Sorry this past weekend, as its one of my favourite coffee shops, and could not believe the scene. Protesters that had made their way into the shop were absurdly rude and disrespectful to the staff, it was beyond appalling. I witnessed several health and safety violations from these “customers” to which I truly applaud the staff for trying to remain patient and professional. After the amount of verbal abuse I saw the staff endure, they should all receive raises. Nonetheless, Sorry is and will continue to be my favourite coffee shop for their exceptional customer service.

They honestly have a nice store and nice staff, but their standard coffee is no good. I tried it 3 times and it never got better. Sad.

Ordered a cappuccino and a cheddar+chive scone.- Cappuccino was great. Not bitter, or sour, just a great tasting strong cappuccino. Good balance of milk/espresso, great espresso flavor.- Scone was delicious. Cheesy, slightly spicy, green onion flavor, lightly salted, crispy outside, moist and flavorful inside. Doesn't seem to be made in-house but the taste was on point. This place really hit the spot for me for an 11am snack.

Walked by this place and it’s sparked my interest. I love small coffee shops like this one since they put effort into their coffee and drinks. I got a flat white while my friend got an iced coffee. Also their packaging is very cute and simple. Would recommend if you are in the area.

Sorry I bought this coffee. The coffee was so bad. The mocha was watery and lacked flavour. The service was also horrible. You don’t feel welcomed. Its also an expensive place.

Nice place with coffee and small snacks. Bit on the pricier side though. Had a macchiato. Served with two espresso shots and milk.

My boyfriend and I saw that this cafe had a pretty positive rating and decieded to try it out. It was a big mistake. We had ordered an americano and latte from this place, they both tasted disgusting. The americano was just so sour and tasted really odd and the latte was just so disgusting and tasted like it had gone bad. I took a few seeps of the latte and had to throw it out cause i was starting to feel sick and didn't want to throw up. I had thought the milk might have gone bad with how terrible the taste was. We were quite disappointed with our experience to say the least.
