I ate so much I can barely move. It was amazing and we had such a great time! The owner was very welcoming and the service was outstanding. Will definitely come here again.
Food delivery is aweful, the package is designed vertically while food should be landed on the bottom of the box, so food was flipped, I called the restaurant the lady there was rude.A proper package may be cost less than a dollar but damage to brand costs a lot.If you don't care about your business reputation why other people should care.
Response to your reply on April 4th, 2022:Your understanding is wrong because apparently contrary to mine, your English is not up to an acceptable standard on a par with your food and service.(1) You only read the first part of my review. You have no idea of cooking and managing a restaurant. I threw out your Kookoo Sabzi the first time. And the second time the chicken was terrible and disgusting. So no it’s not only about pricing; it’s about your inability to cook an acceptable food FOR THAT PRICE.(2) If you have ever been to any decent restaurant — which I doubt from your quality of food — any basic food is coming with bread even if it is not written in the menu. Check some Greek and Lebanese restaurants and learn! To start with check for example Garage Beiruit in Montreal. See? There’s no mention of the bread but it comes with bread by default. This is expected of any restaurant.(3) ”the portion is huge and the best quality of chicken white meat, and the best chef to make it.”Reply: Either you’re struggling with comprehending what quality food is or you’re yet another ignorant self-absorbed oblivious “business owner”. Are you trying to troll us here? The quality of the meat was terrible; the chicken was stale; the portion was not huge, and your chef has no idea about cooking.(4) “a kind of person who wishes bankruptcy for a business”Reply: You can already see the amount of reviews who believe your food is terrible. Any business who cannot meet an acceptable standard should go bankrupt so the remaining businesses learn to keep up with the quality. This is called increasing the quality of experience. This is my solid belief and I am not going to change it.(5) “Please Do Not come back to my restaurant ever.”Reply: Again, it seems you don’t understand English language. I have already written “I gave this place two shots so far and there will be no more.” This simply means that I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE. What did you miss here that you felt you’re the one who’s asking me not to come back? You have already delivered terrible result TWICE! There are many Lebanese, Arabic, and Israeli restaurants in Toronto which can deliver quality Middle Eastern food with a reasonable price! Why would I even come back to you!(6) I have already refunded my money from Uber. It’s time for you to check the amount of bad reviews here and to open your eyes and to get over your ignorant self-absorbed oblivious approach before you go bankrupt. Instead of fighting and arguing here, either learn how to cook or hire a proper chef!—-Original comment:Yet another “Persian restaurant” which deserves to go bankrupt.I gave this place two shots so far and there will be no more. The first time, Kookoo Sabzi was completely burnt on the outside and it was raw in the inside, so I had to throw it out.The second time, they charged me 20 dollars for just one skew of chicken without any bread or rice! And the meat is low quality and it tastes awful. These people are out of their mind when it comes to quality and pricing. Terrible!Note: Just look at their reply to other comments: “sorry to hear that” without any minimal effort for improvement or at least compensation. These people have no idea about food industry.
The food was really tasty and authentic from my previous Persian cuisine experience. Lamb shank stew was really good , lamb was falling of the bone. Mirza ghasemi was the one I liked the most!! Will definitely like to go back.
Outstanding service!!! I’m a vegetarian who never had meatless Persian food before, but the lady at the front counter was so eager to tell me her recommendations and find the perfect meal. My favourite was the eggplant mint: Kashke Badjmoon. The bean-mushroom stew, Veggie Ghorme Sabzi with Saffron Rice, was spicy and delicious , and the rice was pure; buttery goodness. Would go back in a heartbeat!
Highly disappointing! The only good thing about the food is that it was hot. There was absolutely no flavor, no spices. This is not Persian food. Persian food is supposed to be filled with amazing flavors. If they even used salt and pepper I would be surprised. Definitely don't recommend the koobidehs are dry and flavorless the fesenjan had too much grease with no walnut flavor. The stew was definitely microwaved because it was not fresh. Overall if Persian spices aren't used then this place can't call itself Persian.
Amazing costumer service, the owner and employees were awesome, friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious . Koobideh and gheimeh were very flavoured . portions were very large. Best Persian restaurant , ever. Highly recommended . We definitely will try it again
Ohh it was amazing experience, the lady Sophia we loved her customer service. She is so sweet helping us with ordering as my friends were going there for first time. Must try the sweet there.
We had a family event catered by Sina Grill, Persian Buffet Style.By all account, DELICIOUS!...The Food was fresh, the spread was impressive, and we are glad we have chosen them, highly recommended!!
Superb food, every bite is a pleasure full of flavours. Also I had the largest portion I have seen in a while. I was hungry and I loved it.
