Have been coming here frequently in the last month. Fair price and friendly place. My personal favourite is the lamb soup, for 9 dollars, it is filled with lamb and vegetables, very filling for a lunch. I also fancy their kabob wraps, they are generous in putting meat in their food. The owner (maybe the chef?) runs a really honest restaurant!

The worst restaurant I have ever eaten. I ordered a chicken wrap for $9. My order was ready after 15 minutes. There was almost no chicken inside it. I think about 99% of it was just lettuce+hot sauce. The environment was not clean at all. Dirty spoons dishes and detergent around. This time was the last time I eat there. Clean your place mannnnnn.

Amazing beef, just incredible. Ordered it for takeout and found there wasn't enough sauce to eat with the naan, and the salad was dry. The rice was delicious, though. Given the wonderful flavour of the beef and rice the rest are just quibbles.

Really accommodating! Me and my friend went here to eat. The lamb shank was amazing. We met Omar (i think the owner) and the Chef, they patiently waited us to finish even if it was a last minute order. Thank you! We will be back again! Also, the food was a LOT for two people ?

If you want to come here for lunch make sure to order ahead because it can take around 20 minutes your order. This place is definitely considered slow food but it's all really well made. The rice is fragrant and the kebobs are done perfectly. If you have the time to spare then check it out. I'd recommend the lamb over everything else though.

It's been a while since I've been downtown, especially to a restaurant but when a friend invited me to join him, I didn't hesitate to say yes! We went to Silk Road Kabob House for some Afghan cuisine, where we picked up some delicious food! In addition to their Classic Chicken and Beef Kabobs, we also had the Beef Kofta Kabob, Lamb Shank, Mantu, and a couple of other dishes. We even tried their Beyond Meat Kofta Kabob and it was pretty darn good! We had enough food for a few days and it was all very fresh and tasty! The owner, Lemar, is a really nice guy. Say hello when you go there.

So happy I came across this hidden gem. We came for takeout and we got the chicken and the beef kofta. Generous portions and absolutely delicious. Seasoned, fragant and a joy to eat. We tried their Afghan version of dumplings and they are a must. Super reccomended for lunch and dinner. Place is casual and has great service.

Tried this place for the first time. Good customer service but food took almost 30 mins be sreved. I ordered paneer platter. Found the paneer dry. My friends had meat platter and said it was good.

Very tasty kebabs! I say that as someone who was born and raised in Central Asia, eating kebabs all into my teen years! Appreciate the vegan options, including tofu kebabs and Beyond Meat kebabs. Comes with spice rice, side salad and naan. They also had some additional vegan dishes like bolani (stuffed flat bread - we tried those = delicious!), aushak (leek dumplings), borani (eggplant dip) plus wraps and salads. And even more vegetarian options! The service was lovely, I really appreciated the employee at the front walking us through the available vegan options. The space itself is modest but has ample seating and has some items on the walls showing Afghan culture & history. Lovely place to visit and support overall — I’ll definitely be back.
