This place is a rip off. Value is low. Quality is average. You have to gouge pretty heavy to cover the overhead here.17.00 for a veggie burger and 5 oz of fries. Gouge!!!And the bartender calling me "hun"...almost made me puke. Seriously. You're getting a tip. Relax a little.
The server this evening was absolutely not the type of server you would want. As soon as we came in there was sheer attitude and did not greet us, we were greeted by someone else. I would highly recommend going to another establishment if you are spending money where you will be treated as a valued customer.Better off going to the fox and the fiddle on St Clair than this place. Absolutely atrocious service. Would not come back,
Didn't seem very welcoming. Arrived at 1:00am and it seemed very slow.. Mainly staff and locals during at the bar. The bartender did not seem happy that we arrived at the time we did. Anyway a waitress comes over and takes our order. I ordered a Caesar... No garnish, no rim, and I don't even know if there was any alcohol in it either. We finished the first round and waited and waited for someone to acknowledge we were both on empty. Finally the bartender came over this time... Not certain what happened to our waitress. Long and short.. Go spend your money elsewhere. And clean your washrooms better. Tampons on the floor is a no no!
Hate leaving a negative review but the wings at Shoeless Joes are not worth it at all. The quality and taste of their wings are not good as they are very dry and small as well. For there $17 price point per pound of wings, it just does not compare to places you can get wings for lower price and better quality. They also forgot to put the hot sauce on wings and received them naked, but didn’t notice as I had them for take out. Service was good otherwise as the bartender brought our drinks quickly and was attentive. Would not recommend their chicken wings at the price they are set at. The wings are comparable to frozen grocery store wings, but the grocery store wings are better such as Pintys. Would love if they could change their wings or even the price as they are too expensive for the low the quality. I don’t mind spending $20 for pound of wings if they are high quality.
The guacamole and chips we ordered were very stale (Chips were hard and stale tasting). I took one dip and left it. When we asked for the bill we wanted this removed from the price as I thought was only fair. The owner came up to us and instead of asking what was wrong with the item, he immediately became defensive and said, " I don't have time for customers like you, and left". Customer service skills = zero.
Terrible experience. This was my and my boyfriend's first dinner out since Covid started and it was awful. Food was terrible (they've apparently "changed" a number of menu items, and clearly downgraded the quality of several items to save money - like the calamari and steak). Our server only checked on us once and failed to even notice my boyfriend's empty water glass til the END of the meal before offering him something else to drink (which he declined as he just wanted to leave at that point). Highly disappointing, we won't be coming back.
We had a pretty great experience here with a couple of friends. The atmosphere is fun, with lots of large TVs to watch sports. The waiters were very attentive and food and drink selections are plenty. The only downside I had, was that the poutine fries and gravy were not hot, so the poutine I had came with solid cheese curds. Otherwise, the sandwhich and drinks were all great.
We celebrated a birthday yesterday with a small group and I must say that everything was perfect. Our waitress, Sonia, was amazing (if I could give her more stars I would but I’m only allowed 5)!The whole staff super friendly and helpful. The service is just great! The food is yummy and prices are fair.Highly recommend ?.

Good location and lots of parking. Good variety of food and drinks (their cocktail list is impressive) were great and well priced. Owner and staff were helpful and timely when an incident arose between a member of our party and a drunk patron. Would return.
