I ordered chicken leg and asked for it to be well-done; It was fresh, delicious, good portion, and good temperature, however, it was ‘over’ well-done that it made it kind of dry. The service was so fast and efficient even though it was Canada day and they were so busy! The staff were really nice and helpful. Convenient location.Price range ?: $$-Follow me for more reviews ☺️My Instagram: @mortgagebyarghavan
I came here for the first time when they just opened years ago and had my first introduction with Persian food. The owner was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail to make sure I'd be happy with what I was getting. You can't ask for much more from a takeout restaurant. The prices are also very reasonable, don't go in expecting your typical shawarma shop because it's much better. The eggplant dip they had is still my favorite
I really wanted to like my beef wrap, after inhaling the amazing smells coming out of the kitchen while walking by. I waited 15 min., for a basic beef wrap...that cost a little over $15! Very little substance; inside was a small dry kebab of beef wrapped up in layers of plain pita, with a handful of lettuce, what looked like two slices of tomato and equal limited amount of pickle. The flavour of the beef had potential but boy was it dry. The light sauce was so thin, that it ends up in the ends of the foil wrapper, and not on the actual ingredients.

This chain of Persian restaurants used to be one of the best in the GTA. However, when I recently ordered from this location, I was a bit let down with the quality of the food. The portions were large as always, and while the koobideh kabob and the chicken breast joojeh kabob were good, they were not great. The rice was the real let down, as it did not taste or look like traditional Persian rice, and looked and tasted like it was made in a rice cooker.
Good portion size when hungry, chicken well marinated and tasty. This place is really clean, and from the times I've eaten there was always happy.
I placed an order for the W1 selection on the menu, it took them 15 min to complete and when asked how much longer, they said 10 min......for a wrap and salad and pop.....25 min......and then when I said I ha e to go back to work they said they couldn't give me a refund cause they weren't allowed. They robbed me for the smallest wrap and meisley salad. I do not recommend this establishment and would go as fat as to warn people to stay away and the wrap didn't warrant the $16 it cost me plus the time. The service is rude aswell.
I've been passing by this place for two years. Today decided to buy a burger for my kid after school. I asked to put extra cheese, mashrooms and caramelized onions. Got a bill of $23+ but we were not regret. The burger is large and they cut it in half, wrap in a foil and put in a nice box.
I ordered- Chicken Leg and Zereshk Polo- Baghali Polo and Mahicheh- Kashke BademjanFor take out.The order was ready in 20 minutes. It was well packed. The food tasted well and the portions worth the price. However, the chicken leg and the mahicheh tasted a bit sour and were not my favourite.
Koobideh was pretty good. But 95% of the plate is just plain rice. It’s expensive considering you are paying for rice
