Worth the hypeBaja fish tacos were fried perfectly: no heavy batter here. Taco of the day was a suadero braised beef belly taco and they don’t chintz on beef. Tacos go for 6-7$. I was full on 2 tacos. As other reviewers state there is a cash only deal ($20) but they obviously do take credit card.No seats it’s standing room only. Each table has their own napkin and hand sanitizer dispenser. Arrived around 5:50pm and had tacos I’m hand at 6:10pm so don’t let the lineup dissuade you. It does get busy though!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon because of all the positive reviews. Got the blackened cod (which seemed to be the one a lot of people were recommending). Did not disappoint! Was a nice portion, with really good toppings. The cod was sweet and savoury, and juicy. Loved the Baja fish taco too, the fish was fried nicely, not too oily. Loved how the tortillas were a bit crispy, but still soft (and more importantly, did not rip while eating!). Standing room only, but there is enough space and sanitizer is available, along with napkins for the tables. Quite busy, but not too crowded. There was a water dispenser available as well, but no cups so I guess byob. Would come here again.

This is a very unique taco place in Toronto - don’t let the prices scare you as you are paying for a pretty big meal. I would suggest bringing cash as there is a cash only coupon that will get you a drink, two tacos, and chips on the side for $20 (and can probably be enough for two people). Flavours were amazing and I would definitely return!

Are the tacos delicious? Spectacular. Fresh? Very. Budget friendly? Definitely not. I got 2 tacos, a drink and my bill came to $25. So beware of that. It is worth it though, especially the blackened tuna taco — out of this world. Also there’s no chairs…you have to buss the table yourself and stand while you eat :/ don’t know what’s up with that!

We have tried the Baja fish and Pollo Asado (chicken) tacos here. It was Saturday, while the place can get very busy, they managed to serve pretty quick (less than 10 mins)We really liked the Pollo Asado, the guac was perfect and the pico de gallo sauce totally gave the punchy flavour in combination for the chicken. The Baja taco was alright. And yeah make sure to pair up one jarritos alongside your food :)Would definitely visit again.

The baja fish tacos were by far the best tasting ones, albeit quite greasy. I ordered 5 different tacos and none of the others were that great. Decent enough, but I personally thought that when the meat was good, the toppings were not - and vice versa. The ingredients didn’t’ seem cohesive. It is a generous size and so they’re definitely not skimping on the portion. But for the higher price, I think you can get better.

generous portions that are worth the price! i had the pollo asado, which was a little dry in my opinion; and the baja fish, which has a great charred flavour.

My favorite tacos!! We drove from Brampton just for them❤️❤️

I tried Seven Lives Tacos for the first time on September 2018 and their tacos were so good that I became a regular. I didn't visit them for a while but today I paid them a visit and I can say that three years later their tacos are as good as usual.I had Carnitas and Gobernandor and both were amazing! They also moved to a bigger and nicer local with 5 large tables where customers can eat standing up.

Tried out the Baja Fish tacos, great flavours. Great variety of taco options to choose from which was nice. The service was reasonably quick especially as it can get busy on the weekends. It's a bit on the higher end price point compared to other taco places within the area.
