We reserved for an early dinner, didn't realize it was underneath a building, was a bit confused when we arrived. There is a valet person out to guide you! They provided complimentary valet, which was great not having to look for parking. We were seated immediately and the view was beautiful. Food was great with large wine choices as well. The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are welcoming and ensures you have a good experience.
Limited menu for a nut allergy but they altered my pick so it was edible. Tasted great!

The view of the city is incredible. Would have preferred a table by or just opposite the windows. Even bar seating had better views than our table. Food was delicious. Service impeccable. The atmosphere was chic without feeling stuffy or pretentious.
We celebrated our 4th Wedding Anniversary here and were thoroughly impressed with everything. The service, ambience, and meals were top notch!
Absolutely delicious food. Best filet mignon Iâve ever had. Our waiter was excellent. Would highly recommend Scaramouche.
