Came here with my husband today and we were assisted by two young ladies whose names I didn’t catch; Vee and Shelly I believe their names were. They were welcoming and kind to us and it made our experience all the more better having them check in and asking if we needed anything. So, thank you ladies for that! It’s amazing to have a warm welcome and engaging environment when you go out for a simple meal! The food here is exceptional and we’ve been coming here for awhile now (we usually get the tonkatsu black or shoyu ramen) and we always order one ramen with an app which suits him and I well!We got the shoyu ramen this time. The broth is amazing -not too oily and rich in flavour- we ordered extra bamboo and egg, which paired perfectly with the thin, tender noodles! For non-alcoholic drinkers like myself, the brown rice tea pairs AMAZINGLY with their soups as it helps tackle any “greasiness” from the oils in the soup, and is an amazing palate cleanser between each bite of food. The tonkatsu black is also another favourite of mine; the crunchy black fungus gives a nice texture to the soup and adds an extra umami kick to top the soup off. Chashu pork usually gets paired with majority of their dishes and it’s an amazing cut of meat that compliments the dishes, not too much fat and they broil/torch it for that nice Smokey kick! It’s always a pleasure coming here and being welcomed by a friendly set of staff; the food here is stellar each time I’ve come! Thanks Sansotei Ramen!!

Came here a couple days ago with my friend and the waitress was super nice and friendly! Food was also very delicious and one of the best ramen I’ve had in a restaurant!! :)

I had Tonkatsu black with thin noodle, and it was amazing! The broth and garlic oil was very tasty, and the noodle was cooked to the perfection. The chashu was very good, a lot more flavorful than other ramen restaurants I tried before. I wonder if they glazed or grilled it. Haven’t had good ramen like this since I moved to the Midwest (St. Louis, MO and Kansas). Glad to be in the city again and really appreciate the good food and great service!

The sides are not really that good. The dumplings are just cheap supermarket dumplings. The soft boiled chicken wings are bland and taste like soy sauce chicken that you can make at home. The ramen itself was not bad. Just don't get the sides.

Best ramen!!! Literally one of the best tasting broths I’ve had. The pork melts in your mouth and is prepared exceptionally. All in all super yummy. Just ordered the Tonkotsu so can’t speak to any side items but if you’re looking for ramen straight up this place is one to consider. Affordable too! $12.50 for dinner, can’t go wrong there ?

Great little ramen spot. Fast service, nice servers. Seems to be small on capacity so beware of waits and lines but the ramen was reasonably priced and very flavourful!Tried the Tonkatsu+ which had truffle oil that was unique. The Tonkatsu black tasted too good as well! For desert - get the cheesecakes; they taste nice and not too sweet.

Great taste! Same/ very similar taste you can experience in Japan. I think the meals are prepared by Japanese cooks. The customer service is great too. Fair price. Definitely worth trying!

Pricy but worth it, the Tomato Ramen is quite good, and the Black Miso Ramen is decent too. The negi gyoza is certainly interesting but not that different from normal gyozas.

Amazing flavour, fresh noodles, perfect amount of servings, perfect for the cold weather to stay cozy!! Highly recommend!

Rich soup flavour and texture.Deserves a spot in top 5 Ramen restaurants downtown.A must try if you like Ramen~There's usually a lineup during peak hours.
