Looking for that umami satisfaction? This is the place! I had the Tonkatsu Black with thin noodles, ate every rich bite, and finished the last drops of broth. The soy egg also had the perfect texture with a slightly gooey yolk and soy-salty soft white. Definitely a go-to for that ramen fix!

It was good, by far was not the best Ramen I have eaten, there were a few choices always wish for a bit more. Decent meal, fair price, and friendly staff. Eggs were funky.

The shoyu ramen was delicious (the broth was a bit salty though) and service was attentive. They checked up on me quite often as well. It's a small location and nice for grabbing lunch.

Perfect authentic Japanese ramen! Amazing flavour and texture, presented as a simple and attractive dish. They only have a few things on the menu, and they have perfected those few things. Tomato version was surprisingly good too. Fun if you can sit at the bar and watch the kitchen through the glass. You can also sit looking out onto the street thanks to the glass walls. Not a whole lot of room in the place. Tasteful simple modern decor. TIP: Looking for a change and happen to be vegetarian? You're in luck, try the tsukemen.

Perfect for satisfying ramen cravings. I got the tonkotsu with thick noodles and it was very filling! Noodles had just the right amount of chew, soy sauce egg was perfectly cooked, and the chashu (braised pork belly) was tender and flavourful. I docked off a star because the broth, though delicious, was a bit salty and I wish there were crisp green veggies like bok choy to balance it out and more than two slices of pork for the price.I also tried the other broths and they were equally good!

I ordered the tomato ramen with scallop and cha siu (pork) and was not disappointed! The portions of the ingredients were generous and the broth tasted delicious. You can also request on the UberEats app to separate the broth from the ramen.Would highly recommend Sansotei for take-out! They do it right.

When we checked into our hotel Double Tree by Hilton Toronto,we inquired from the front desk if they can suggest a good ramen restaurant nearby and so based on the hotels recommendation we decided to dine at Sansotei Ramen. We ordered Tonkotsu which was really delicious. We also ordered side dishes of Zangi(deep fried chicken), gyoza and seaweed salad. If ever you are in downtown Toronto this is a cheaper ramen house than Momofoku. This is a highly recommended place for ramen.

One of the best ramens I’ve ever tasted! The service is good and the place is very comfortable. Definitely coming back

Just went to eat at Sansotei Ramen recently and was pleasantly surprised with a rich and delicious Ramen! I ordered the Black Miso Ramen and was a bit afraid to try since one of the toppings is spicy, little did I know that the level of spiciness was very low and I could enjoy one of the best Ramen bowls I have ever had! My husband tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and was delighted as well.

The ramen I tried today was one of the best meals I've had in my life! It was my first time having ramen (I know... Why did I wait so long?) and it felt like a hug to my soul in this rainy afternoon. My husband was as delighted as I was and our experience with the staff was lovely. The place felt cozy and we enjoyed a nice street view from the bar. As soon as we started eating, we both felt a joy boost and he said very passionate: "You have to leave a review of this place!" (because I'm the one who does that from time to time). And so, here I am :) Anyway, we decided to repeat this soul-hugging visit many times in the future❤
