One of the best dessert places in Toronto! Their cake cups are my favourite - the Twix flavour after Halloween was amazing - but they make a variety of delicious treats. Everything is made with care and top notch ingredients. The desserts taste great and definitely worth the price for a special treat.The owners are the loveliest people. So friendly and clearly love what they do. I've yet to participate in one of their mystery caramel tin contests (10 mystery caramel flavours per tin, taste and guess, most accurate submission wins a prize), so I need to make another trip if the mystery caramels come back around to the shop.
Best Madeleines ever!I love Madeleines so when I see , I get.I had them in Paris and Roselle's Madeleines beats them.Their handmade caramels are so so special as well.I am not going to lie this place is on the expensive side but it is worth it.The banana eclairs are very popular but word of caution if your not a huge ripe banana fan it might be little too much banana.That being said, if you have a sweet tooth you have to check this place out.This place is mission worthy!

As a Mont Blanc aficionado and pavlova lover, you can imagine the excitement I felt when I saw those two words together from one of the best pastry shops in the city. The mango pavlova from before was truly a delight as well. But this one was incredible. It was smart to pair chestnut with pavlova because the flavours are complementary without overshadowing each other; the different textures (creamy, crispy) give it depth; and the glazed chestnuts put it over the top. It is one of the best pastries I’ve had in the city, and I hope this offering becomes a yearly tradition!
Roselle cannot do wrong. Do not miss out on their seasonal cakes. But if you do, the Earl and banana cream pie eclair will keep you coming back anyways ??✨
Love everything they sell. All delicious!!! We live in Mississauga and I often times ask my husband to drive me to downtown TO to buy dessert from this store. We love all their cake cups, pavlovas and all the whole cakes!The owners and staff are all friendly and accommodating!
Came by on a Friday night to pick up the Lunar New Year cookie tin and they had the mont blanc pavlova, so I had to get it! Everything was delicious with so much attention and detail put into it. I'd only been by in the summer before for their soft serve (delicious as well), but definitely will be trying out other goodies in the future! There wasn't a line since it was freezing out, and it was the first Friday open for the year.
The Earl is literally the best cake I know in Toronto. So rich and I love the crunchy part at the bottom. Staffs are very kind and thoughtful as well. Recommending this place to all of my friends.
