Great little hidden place. Run by a kind, generous lady. Kababs were juice and rich, rice was buttery, enough for two people to eat.
I feel so fortunate to have come across Rose Kebab. Like most reviews say, Rose treats you like her child in the warmest way possible. She always puts love in her food and the taste is just out of this world. I always tell her that it is the BEST shawarma I've ever had and that's just the honest truth. Try this place and you won't regret it.
OH MY GOODNESS.The shawarma wrap was amazing!!!The owner is such a lovely person and wouldn't let me buy anything until she was sure I'd like it and I was getting the best deal.Initially, I was going to get the more expensive plate, but she suggested the wrap after I told her what I like and don't like.I don't know many restaurants that care more about their customer's experience than them buying the most expensive thing.Superb quality, excellent customer service, and I definitely will be going back to try more items, Insha Allah!
The best Persian kebab I’ve ever had in Toronto! This place is a must! The portions are generous. Rose is a nice lady who cares about her customers!She also has delicious yogurt! The prices are really reasonable!Strongly recommend!
I doubted the good reviews here because it's not that great. The chicken plate shawarma was drowning in sauce. It has lost the taste and the rice itself was not flavourful. I also bought their wrap and it was soggy due to super heavy sauce. There's a huge lettuce wrapped the flatbread and it's difficult to eat it. The overflowing sauce create such a mess when you eat it and can't taste anything but flat sauce.
Great food and very sweet service. Kinda pricey for what you get though but the portion sizes are big.
We have been ordering Souvlaki dinners from Rose for over 1 yr. Everytime our meals have been 5 stars super delicious. My wife found her by accident after we finished our weekend shopping chores and hungry. We found her in this food court and are we ever glad we did. Rose's is now our goto place for hefty dinners as our photos will attest. We highly recommend Rose Kabab ?
Rose is one of the rare examples in the city where quality food meets great customer experience. I had already ordered once for a family celebration and had to go back and have the lamb shank again. The owner and cook (truly a one woman show) takes great pride in her cooking and ingredients, and the food taste great while not being oversalted or over oily.The location is hard to find as it is in the very corner of the food court (which by itself its set well back in the shopping complex), but definitely worth it!
WOW!!! Amazing! Delicious! This woman is an excellent chef! Never would have thought to try it if it wasn’t for the reviews because it’s such a hole in the wall in the plazas Food Court with a basic menu hand written on neon Bristol board but just goes to show never judge a book by it’s cover! I’m assuming Rose took my order. She came out with the food boasting how good it smelled. It was simple, ground beef Koobideh, saffron rice and roasted tomato. I added yogurt when I got home, next time I’ll order Rose Most o Khiyar to go with. I’m going back to tip her because she prefers cash and doesn’t have her debit set up to accept tips. Such a sweet woman, reminds me of my mom. ❤️❤️❤️
