Went here with my son last night. Everything from the food, drinks to the amazing service. The means omg were scumptious . Our faves were the prime rib, the steaks and lamb chops. Plenty of it. Save room for the pineapple done on the rotisserie. We tried 3 cocktails all so good. Shout to all the staff especially Stefan and Marsha, all the staff were so personable and made our night special Would highly recommend
The food quality is good. But only one waitress. When you need something it takes long long time to bring it to you. And you need to ask her couple times. And I come here just for pineapple, they don't give u the pineapple during you have meat, they said the pineapple is desert. It's the last call.
We tried this place last night to celebrate an upcoming birthday. The place was clean and had a great ambiance. Staff was friendly and attentive. We started with the salad buffet which had a nice selection of salads, cold meat cheese and also fresh baguette. As we began our salads the meat started coming out. The meat was cooked to perfection and wonderfully flavored. From lamb chops, prime rib, pork tenderloin, filled minion, parmesan chicken, bacon wrapped steak, pork ribs are just some of what I could remember. The meat was varied and just kept coming. The only downfall was when we booked our reservations we were under the impression that a band would be playing at 730 and samba dancers were at 830. Unfortunately there was no entertainment, however the food was so tasty that the lack of entertainment didn't really matter. Price wise it was on the more expensive side however the service and quality of food truly made it worth it to us. If the entertainment was happening the price would have totally been on par. I would totally recommend this place.
Owner- unprofessional, aggressive, greedy!Experience - 3/10Food quality- 4/10Pricing- rip off!!Forced to tip by owner even though his behaviour was invasive. He has no etiquette and we had our 2yr old son there. He was so rude. Left here very uncomfortable.Dark lighting, servers were nice but owner kept slamming drinks on our table. Forced us to try eating the things his way. After we paid and tipped he became aggressive telling us we need to tip more or he will have to pay workers from his pocket. He then went further to scold us in front of a 2yr old. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone. This owner was such a hustler, jerk of an attitude, joke of a person overall. Customers beware!!! Zero respect for children as well.This person is not a good person and we normally like supporting local owners rather than chain restaurants. Food was undercooked. The salad bar was never replenished on time. We had to wait for an hour for a meat dish we had ordered. The waiters made faces and got upset if we didn’t take chicken. It’s a steakhouse and I’m not interested in chicken hearts. The meat was undercooked and not fresh. Copacabana was ten times better.
Excellent customer service, great cuts of lamb and beef for you to choose from (we didn’t try their chicken and sausage although they were offered to us): I greatly enjoyed the fresh homemade guacamole from the salad bar and their chimichurri, which paired so well with the red meat! They also had a Parmesan cheese wheel too. The servers kept coming to us with great food so we were so completely full in less than an hour ( it was a Sunday night and was pretty busy with a huge birthday party going on but the rotation of food just kept on coming! )
Visited for dinner. The place is quite spectacular. Ample space to spread out while dining. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend going light on the buffet bar in the middle as the meat that comes around is amazing. Save room for that. Would visit again for dinner in the future.
Loved the restaurant, and the culinary experience. Maria served our table, and she was professional, punctual and nice.
We visited this Establishment on a rainy Wednesday night for dinner. Atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. The place was pretty empty. We had a choice of any table we liked. The server was super helpful and accomodating. We enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. From the fresh full of herbs and flavors salad bar, to the fresh fruity cocktails. Only negative comment was that we found the meats and fresh cut french fries super salty for our liking.
If you live in Toronto or are on vacation, don't go to this restaurant, I know all Brazilian restaurants and this one in particular I would never recommend to anyone, the picanha was not good ?, the rice, the vinaigrette far from being Brazilian, you arrive, sit at the table and see that you have no options, this is terrible. The PICANHA was tasteless and without salt, know that in addition you are forced to pay TIP 20% for poor quality service. Also, it's an expensive restaurant. Terrible restaurant.
