Went for lunch “all you can eat” option. The sushi variety and food quality is pretty good. The service is fast.. good to see the robo servers walking around flawlessly.The ice cream section is annoying as instead of ice-cream scopper .. mini spoons are kept..Gonna visit again for sure !!
The food is really good here. Prices have gone up since 2020 unfortunately that is the issue of inflation. The selection of desserts are minimal unfortunately but if you like ice cream your okay amongst smaller items. But no one comes for AYCE sushi just for the desserts lol would be nice to see them add butter fish to their menu soon but overall quality is good service was good. I like the fact they paid attention to bringing you water when it was low and provided extra napkins when needed without having to ask all the time. If you pay with cash you get a 10% discount which can help offset some costs. Good spot for a date night or out with the friends and/or family. The Little robots are cute. One guides you to your table and they have a few floating around delivering your food just make sure to tap it on the spot to let it know you got your items. Booth seeing is roomy if your plus size or tall person and they are comfortable.
Welcomed by 2 robots in the beginning, one of them brought us to our table. Went for AYCE Lunch and it was decent. Ordered food via iPad. The Dim Sum option was pathetic (only sui mai, har gow and char siu bao). Sushi options were plenty and I had my fill. Service was a bit slow but I didn’t mind it too much. The restaurant only has 2 robots serving food… The rest were brought by waiters. Also no one told us this but once the robot brings the food to you and you’ve picked it up, you’re supposed to pat it on the head to signal that it’s good to go.Would come here once for the experience but if you’re looking for good sushi, there’s other options elsewhere
The concept is definitely unique to experience! Everything is automated - from the little robot guiding you to your table, to the iPad ordering system. Once you place your order, watch as another robot brings a tray of your dishes to you! The sushi quality is average AYCE standard. The sashimi portions are inconsistent, sometimes they were normal cuts and sometimes smaller. They had tons of the carb-heavy dishes like udon and fried rice - but we did wish there were more sushi and sashimi options for the weekend price point. The (human) staff were great and very attentive though!

A ton of ayce options (including vegetarian) and the quality is good. Staff routinely collect empty plates nearly right away and are always around when needed. If you're dining alone, a few TVs play mesmerizing cooking videos from Asian markets. High chairs available. Wheelchair accessible.

Food was mediocre, but then what would you expect at a non-Japanese run sushi AYCE in Toronto. Highlight of our visit was this ice cream with hair in it. We did show it to the staff, but no apologies at all. She just said "I don't know how that happened". Like duh, I don't expect for you to know. At least apologize, give us a discount or tell your boss that your customers found hair in the ice cream. Lacking of customer service training. Would NEVER come back, the robots were just unnecessary shenanigans. Visit maybe for your Instagram, and eat somewhere else.
Great service, the staff and servers were very kind and polite. As for the food, the Dynamite rolls were amazing and so was the rest of the sushi plates. Must visit to see the robots that guide you to your table and partially serve you too!
Really enjoyed this place! The all you can eat menu is fairly large compared to other sushi places. The staff (non robot) were excellent and always in a positive mood.The real selling point here is the robots from the host robot leading you to your table and then being served by the serving robots were cute and always exciting to see them approach our table. Both adults and children will enjoy this place.I would recommend coming back!
Excellent customer service - went far above and beyond to correct an order problem. Some of the best sushi and extras I've enjoyed in a while. I'll definitely come back again soon.
