A lovely small cafe in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. We had a Turkey Apple Brie Sandwich and Moroccan Bowl for lunch. Food was absolutely amazing and visually pleasing. We also tried Carrot Cake, it was very moist and flavourful. Staff were nice and friendly, and their service was pretty quick. Plus, they’re still following covid protocol for indoor sitting. Definitely will visit again to try other menu.
My 2 girlfriends and I wanted to have lunch at our favourite place in the city. We all come from different parts of the GTA. To our surprise and shock, we were refused a table because some of us were unvaxxed despite the mandates being lifted by “Science” and Health experts. We asked to sit in a secluded area with no other patrons to no success. We’ve never felt so discriminated, especially when the Science says the vaxxed also spread and get Covid. The vaccine protects yourself and not others!Their website and social media posts say nothing of them continuing to ask for passports. It’s too bad we were treated like this when we’ve been regular customers. We were told we could sit outside, except the day was cold and damp. SO DISAPPOINTED to say the least!!! They have lost good customers.

My friends and I had such a great experience in this lively cafe, tucked into the Riverdale neighbourhood. It was super packed and busy but we managed to dine in. We got the smoked salmon sandwich, a lunch bowl, carrot cake, vanilla cupcake, spinach feta pastry, and salted caramel hot chocolate. Everything was so delicious but I would opt out of the lunch bowl next time since it wasn't filling or flavourful. I recommend their sandwiches, carrot cake, pastries and hot chocolate. I look forward to visiting again and trying out other items :)
Chocolate drink was watery with no chocolate in it. Staff were not helpful. Questioned the third Covid vaccination shot we received.
A lovely location, very Instagram friendly. However, the sandwich - smoked turkey with brie and chestnut - was disappointing. Bland, a little dry and didn't particularly taste like anything. The chocolate, caramel and salt dessert bar was okay. Unfortunately not toMy taste but that's a personal preference. Hopefully the other menu items are tastier and today was just an off day.
We stopped here for lunch and it was delicious - got a soup and quinoa bowl. Super tasty and a refreshing option for lunch. It reminded us of healthy cafes in LA. There’s also a nice park nearby to eat in the summer. Worth the detour, we will be back!
Wow! Placed an online order for their New Year’s Day pyjama pick up brunch and boy did it not disappoint! Everything was sooooo delicious! Great way to start out in 2022! Only photo I have is of the last bite of the French toast because it was just too good!
a neighbourhood gem. A great spot for coffee and a scone. But their lunches are fabulous too. The sandwiches and salads are fresh and delicious. Here are the Falafel sandwich and Salade Nicoise.
