This place might be great, but on the admittedly limited sample of one coffee I can say my experience was poor . . . specifically and only because the coffee I got was undrinkable. Maybe the cream had spoiled in the carafe, maybe something else went wrong, I don't know. I was too far from the shop before taking the first taste or I would have returned it. I'd like to give them another try, but don't want to pay to do so.
The coffee was good but I think it’s mostly for takeout. The place looked unkept. The trolley where the milk, sugar and utensils were kept was messy and unwashed. The bathroom floor was dirty and the garbage was overflowing with dirty paper towels. ThereWere 3 staff there and they weren’t over busy.
A very unfortunate experience with lukewarm tea and extremely rude service from the barista's. With all the excellent cafe's on Roncy, sorry to say, we will avoid this place in the future.
had a decent latte here, and the baristas were very friendly! just wish they had more non-dairy milk options available -- they only offered oat or pea protein milk when I visited the café.
Great coffee, can't wait to come here after the restrictions 9/10
Service was great however the mocha was on the bitter side and the London fog latte was good but tasted watered down.
Popped by to grab a hot chocolate and cappuccino yesterday...got drinks and went out to car only to be driving away and finding out both drinks only almost luke warm...no time to go back but very disappointing...spent almost $10 and not what I expected for a cool fall day...?
The coffee was good and the servers were friendly. I ordered a cortado and found the espresso to be more bitter than I prefer. I know some people prefer that but it's just not my favorite.
Coffee was great! Service from Tiago, not so much. He was rude and lacked basic customer service skills behind the counter. He was more concerned about poking fun at the previous customer to his peer as they exited the shop, definitely left a poor impression as the ‘face’ of Reunion.
Good pour overs here. The coffee culture has become slightly more casual in the recent years - before it was definitely a textbook coffee place, where the pours were taken very seriously. Which could be good or bad depending on your coffee obsession. It’s still good, just more casual. Couldn’t reccomended the pastries, but the service is friendly.
