Some advice please check your shelves better... No way should a store in Yorkville, have moldy bread on display. I handed it to your stock person... Thank me later!
Smallest location out of the 3 across the GTA but always really fresh selection of food items! The only bad experience I had was 6 or so months ago when I picked up a piece of cheesecake and it tasted stale. Great selection of fresh fruits and vegetables too!
Ever since Pusateri's opened this store, they are employing highly untrained, in custody mer service, people. Their employees, women, come to work, being programmed to strike a date. The cashiers are super rude and judgemental. In particular, they judge customers that appear to be immigrants, because they are highly jealous and envious of the immigrants that shop at Pusateri's. Pusateri's customer services, the management and operators are definitely one of the lowest possible class people. If you are not famous and rich, don't buy from Pusateri's, because they will insult you in some way, upon your each and every return visit.
Worked here. Health conditions were atrocious. Rats in the back everywhere with their feces all over. Improper storage of most food items. Meat racks for the butcher area were disgusting and cleaned irregularly. Management is also abusive and casually racist about its staff and attempts to brow-beat teenager employees into working off the clock.Absolutely disgusting store both in terms of conditions and management practices. Also most Pusateri branded items are just repackaged regular brands marked up at a premium.
Horrible to its workers. Lots of rats and health violations. Pretty sleazy operation.
A good place, close by, to find something special to have for dinner or a very special maybe exotic food-related present. Fish and meat counters offer great quality items. As of March 2022, I wished they had done away with the entrance-only on Bay St., from where we need to meander back to the Yorkville St exit to go into the store through the cashier area. What for??
i used to love coming here for a salad and some groceries, but the quality has gone very downhill. customer service is non existant, they are very rude. and the prices are insane! go to EATALY instead!
Well, I must say that I have written 2 previous reviews on PUSATERI's one for the Bayview Village store and one for Avenue Road both earned 5 star reviews. Fisrt thing I want to make clear is that I am not getting paid for these reviews. I only wish to help others, looking for good places for food. I decided to use the on-line delivery system. I held my breath and placed my order and my God I was surprised every single thing we ordered was TERRIFIC. From the 3 Bean Salad, Pesto Bow Tie Salad, Baked Potatoe's, Cole Slaw, Chicken With Dill for sandwiches, Pasta Romano, Bolognese Pasta, Apples, Bananas, Spinach, and a few other things like bread and some delicious deserts. EVERY single item was FRESH. I have used INSTACART for over three years now. Let me say that I gave up long ago having to buy bread, vegetables, or fresh fruit. Every single time I ordered these items they would always arrive wilted, damaged and out of date. I was so happy to see that every single item had a long best before date, everything was in stock and the delivery driver was very nice too. Look folks with money these days we have to be aware of how we spend. You will NEVER be disappointed with PUSATERI'S EVER! I recommend them to all my friends, and I highly recommend them to you as well. GREAT FOOD. Take a look around these stores you will find something that you cannot resist..
Great place to buy fine foods. Not your usual shop. Great selections of pastries, snacks and cooking needs. With very friendly staff.
Good place for high end foods. However they are trying to eliminate their wonderful cashiers. Self check out lowers the cache of the store.
