Used to love this place. The building, the ambiance, the decor are still the same. The service has changed BIG TIME! I think it's under new management.I strongly advise against the sangria. Almost no booze and full from bottom to top with ice.We asked the server for an extra slice of orange for the kid so he could feel like he was having a special drink with us. When they brought him limes we thought, no oranges. When the sangria came out it only had apple and an orange slice in it, I asked for an extra orange slice for my kid. She brought it out and said that was the last one and they would have to charge for any additional.I've come here off and on for years. Now when the servers are part of the owners team it's terrible. They want you in and out, just after your cash. This will be my last visit. Good bye Pour Boy, I hope this review helps tourists avoid this trap.
Really liked the place. Good prices, decent portion sizes and a nice beer selection. Will definitely come back more often!
Came here for dinner and drinks with a few friends. Food was great, however, service was terrible. No one came to our table for at least 20 minutes after being seated. We had to call the server to come give us water and take our order. When food was ordered, the server forgot one of the meals and we had to once again go and ask them (as she wasn’t checking up on us at all through the evening).None of the dishes were cleared from the table.Server didn’t come to provide us a bill, we had to go and ask once again to pay.
Love this place!! It's affordable and delicious. I always get the tom yum soup because they make it just the way I like (except for the pineapple). I also tried the curry pad Thai last visit and it was so good!
Small and intimate setting. Drinks were really cheap. I was a bit iffy on how the food quality would be, but it was actually great.I ordered the pad Thai and the Korean style bulgogi. They were both good sizes, and definitely did not cheap out on the proteins.
The food was cold, the wrap was dry and tasteless. I do not recommend it. The price didn’t match the quantity either. Do not come here for food.
Cheap dark bar with 2 floors. Similar to red room / green room - menu is the same, big and varied but food is only OK. You're probably just using it to mop up booze so it does that job fine
Nice place for soem cheap drinks and snacks. Haven't tried any of their full meals but the wings and fries are great! They always come out piping hot and fresh.
Pour Boy is one of my fave drinking spots along Bloor. The prices are way too right across both the food and drink menu. For drinks, I always go for the beer (the cocktails aren't too great imo). For food, get something noodly-- they do it all so well! ?
Loved the food..very flavourful! Decor inside the space is really cool, small and intimate.
