Today i order 5 pieces chicken dark meat in this location , manager pack my order but when i reach home i was surprised to see she put chicken wings instead of chicken leg this is not first time she did that to me i stay in this location only but this kind of service is not acceptable from management level what example u give to other staff if u dont luke offers plz dont give to regular customers i will be very happy to go church chicken location
asked them nicely if i could buy one nugget on the side for my dog.... and they just gave me it instead. ONE HAPPY DOGTHANK YOU
they are very slow and they are not making any food they just talked to their coworkers laughing doing nothing. I hope the store owner or the manager need to do something about it. May 8 I think today in charge the manager or supervisor she is the one is a laughing and making the girls not to do work and after when I stand up shoes came back oh yeah making my food. That’s not fair for us to waiting for the food they don’t do working laughing only
Staff were yelling at each other. One of the staff even pulled down her mask yelling while facing the food. Very disappointing, I lose my appetite. Customer service skills definitely needs some improvement.
I was treated very disrespectfully on my first AND last visit to Popeyes at Eglinton and dufferin. I am a SENIOR and probably that is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries with a dipping sauce. The chicken was awful, tasted like fish and had obviously been fried in the oil that they fry the shrimp in!!!!! The lady at cash did not like it when I asked for Ketchup..gave me attitude. Forgot the dipping sauce.... .I mean is the cost of my one packet of Ketchup coming out of her wages? Look, we cannot afford to spend our limited and hard earned money on being treated like this. Getting my grandson to post this for me. Please make sure to keep your receipt and complain if you are treated like DIRT...their "take it or leave it "attitude is so wrong!!! You can't tell me that every time they "forget" to give you a missing item doesn't increase their profits. Don't be treated this way, stand up for your rights!!!

Today, I ordered from uber eats. I ordered bonafide chicken combo. I added note. It was " All legs please, I don't want thigh. Thank you :) " But they send 4 pcs thigh. It's like joke right? Chicken can be cold on the way, I understand but by the way there is no on the side fries. Unbelievable. I'm not eating thigh. So, I paid 23$ only for bottle coke. I'll never order again...
Getting a correct order shouldn’t be a gamble. Please honour customer requests that customers are paying for. Stop burning the Biscuits, they’re dry enough as is. They shouldn’t be hard as stone too. As well as serving cold fries too… and getting items that weren’t requested… it’s just not a good experience. 2 stars because out of 5 times, the order is fulfilled twice at best.
Skip the Dishes hasn't show up with the Chicken I ordered 2 hours ago. They claim they have and obody is answering your phone... So you guys get the 1 star and I'll get my money back from CC company...again. UBER EATS all the way now.If you guys ever want a other order from my office I suggest dropping "SCAM the dishes"
