Didn't get served ..they were so busy and short stuffed ( new years night) and they were about to close at 10pm. . I didn't get upset or any thing. ... it was no body fault
Had a good experience after a bad night at a local dinner. The chicken was decent and the fries were fresh.
Service can be a bit slow due to the amount of delivery service orders the location services. Presentation of soggy fries not so great and place could use extra cleaning.

After placing the order and waiting for over 20 mins, i was informed that they were out of stock for chicken. Another 20 min wait for fries. Never going back here
I don't like sharing less than positive experiences but at this Popeyes I've had two back-to-back bad experiences. It seems like it is constantly understaffed - I've waited at least 20 minutes twice now and it seems it is as if the two or three staff are just swamped.Additionally, since staff are swamped I've been asked for change in the store by panhandlers on two occasions. Staff are too busy to ask them not to/ask the to leave.
