Today (May 16 Monday, 6.40 pm) I visited this place because I came to see an ad on their door saying ghost pepper wings are back, and when I asked inside the store they were telling me it's not available in this specified store. And I ordered a mini burger and the bun was not Heated properly.*PLEASE DON'T PUT ANY AD IF THE ITEM/PRODUCT IS NOT AVAILABLE*
Today, I visited the popeyes at islington and had a great experience. The whole staff is so friendly. I ordered a sandwich combo for dine in. Manager Shaista gave me all fresh food. I was so hungry. It was all worth it. Thank you Team:)?
I guess this location doesn't answer their phone I went in and ordered a chicken burger tonight at 7:20. When I got home and started to bite into it I realized it wasn't even cooked all the way. Very chewy and rubbery. I have called them 11 times in 2 and a half hours to discuss this. And No one is picking up the phone. Nearly raw burger. Hope I don't get sick. What a waste of money.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The service here is awesome ?. The manager Danny is great and No. 1 chef ??. All over the this is the best experience ever I have in Canada ?
I came to popeyes in the morning, an I was very disappointed I thought popeyes was halal because it used to be only muslims people working but now it’s all Indians an I don’t trust that much because the girl who was working in the morning she was really short an fat she was in the corner gossiping about me with that fat Chinese guy in the corner an I knew they were gossiping about me because they were looking at me from corner of the store an laughing an that short fat girl was talking in Punjabi with cook acting like I didn’t understand what she was saying but I did an I didn’t say anything because I wanted to report to the head office about them. This is not a professional way to deal with a costumer am I’m never coming back to this popeyes knowing there’s really bad management an no proper employees working. If anyone who eats halal I recommend u guys not going because there all Indians an I don’t trust what they say . They say the chicken is halal without showing the certificate that the chicken is halal. An when I asked that short fat girl if it was halal she showed me an attitude an rolled her eyes saying yes it’s halal but she didn’t even know what halal meant. Why are they not hiring other culture people? They only hire students because of there pr card. And that’s not fair to others who want to work here people all students are taking the jobs from everyone who wants to work. Yet again I wouldn’t recommend going to islington popeyes!!!!
This is the worst popeyes ever. I came today evening to order 5 tender combo. I received it but how can a store not have hot sauce and ketchup. I would have never ordered if there were no ketchup and hot sauce like the store needs to do better. And a manger niharika there is so rude I don’t find her nice at all.
I came to islington popeyes on Monday to order a $35 family meal. They cashier that took my order is so nice I think her name was mukta. The manager that packed my food I talked with her name was Mariam a very kind and understanding manager. There was no coleslaw so instead of coleslaw she packed me mash potatoes and I really appreciate that. Another cashier name farddna i don’t know if I spelled her name right but she packed our order so nicely. The table was a bit dirty so farddna went and cleaned it for us and then we dined in. Customer service was 10/10. Employees are very nice. Everything was done neat and fast. I am definitely coming back again. Thank you Mariam and rest of the employees for everything.
This was my worst experience and biggest ripoff I have had at a fast food counter. During the lunch hour rush the manager used a new employee which made for wrong charges, no knowledge and slow service. We all were new once but putting her on cash in the busiest time is not the wisest idea. At the end I over paid for my meal, got food i didn't want and had to cipher though a mess of a bag as nothing g was packed correctly. The manager and storefailed to deliver
The staff are really great people. The supervisor ( forgot his name??♀️ ) He is Soo understanding and sweet.
